Problem:

  • Lack of awareness among parents about the importance of physical education.
  • Negative statistics on family lifestyle (reduced activity, unbalanced diet, non-compliance with daily routine, growing risk factors)

Relevance:

Currently, the problem of the health and physical development of preschool children is of particular relevance. Preserving and strengthening the health of the younger generation is now becoming a priority social problem. Over the past decades, the health status of preschool children has deteriorated sharply. Children's health problems require new approaches and trusting partnerships between preschool employees and parents.

Being healthy is the natural desire of every person. The foundations of physical and mental health are laid in childhood. It is important to develop a healthy lifestyle in a person from childhood. We must teach a child to love himself, people, and life. Only a person living in harmony with himself and with the world will be truly healthy.

Health is a natural, absolute value. This is the basis of human life, a necessary condition for a person to fully realize his life meanings. The relevance of the problem is significantly aggravated by the fact that numerous statistical data indicate negative trends in the deterioration of children's health.

Target:

  • Diversified and harmonious development and upbringing of the child, ensuring his full health, forming beliefs and habits for a healthy lifestyle.

Tasks:

  • Cultivate and educate in children a meaningful attitude towards physical and spiritual health as a single whole;
  • Expand the adaptive capabilities of the child’s body (increasing its vital stability, resistance, selectivity in relation to external influences);
  • To develop in children independence and responsibility for their behavior.
  • Create a unified educational space based on trusting partnerships between preschool employees and parents

Project participants:

  • Teachers, students, parents (legal representatives).

Forms of implementation:

  • GCD, game situations; conversations; physical entertainment; literary readings; didactic games; role-playing games; outdoor games, creative activities, parent meetings, consultations.

Expected results:

  • Pupils learn to analyze, generalize, model a situation, anticipate danger, predict its outcome;
  • organization of a meaningful health-preserving development environment in the group;
  • reducing morbidity and increasing the level of health of children;
  • the formation of a hygienic culture in children and the presence of a need for a healthy lifestyle;
  • increasing the competence of parents in the field of health and health conservation.
