Gymnastics after sleep as one of the components of health-saving technologies

The tasks were more extensive and included promoting the prevention of flat feet, the formation of correct posture; help optimize growth and development of the musculoskeletal system; hardening and healing of the child’s body; the child receives joy and good mood; formation in the child of a conscious desire for health; self-healing skills.

The topic on which I work is the creation of a comprehensive system of physical education and health work with children, aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children, creating responsibility among parents and students in maintaining their own health.

This is interesting. Corrective gymnastics (from the Latin corrigo - straighten, correct) is a type of therapeutic gymnastics - special exercises to eliminate postural disorders; it also has a general strengthening effect (trains the functions of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, strengthens individual muscle groups); restores balance between the curvatures of the spine.

Health-improving work with preschoolers has acquired particular relevance in recent decades, which is associated with a stable trend of deterioration in the health of the entire population of Russia, including children. There are many reasons for this: social, environmental, political factors, etc.

It is more difficult to wake up children in a kindergarten than for moms and dads at home, because it is necessary for a large number of children to wake up from sleep almost at the same time, and even do it correctly. It is difficult to complete this task, but with knowledge of certain methods it is possible.

Next, the teacher offered the children gymnastics on the floor with game elements (“Fox Cubs”, breathing exercises, acupressure, articulation gymnastics – 7 min.). Hardening procedures - barefoot walking on a ribbed path.

While the children are sleeping, the teacher creates conditions for contrasting hardening of the children: prepares a “cold” room (playroom or locker room, depending on the layout of the kindergarten building); With the help of ventilation, the temperature in it is initially reduced by 3-5 degrees compared to a “warm” room. Children wake up to the sounds of smooth music, the volume of which slowly increases.

It is in preschool age that, as a result of targeted pedagogical influence, health, the habit of a healthy lifestyle, general endurance, the body’s performance and other qualities necessary for the full development of the individual are formed.

If we talk about corrective gymnastics after sleep, it includes:

  • exercises immediately after waking up - in bed;
  • exercises using exercise equipment (for example, massage mats, balls, etc.);
  • corrective tasks to prevent flat feet, spinal curvature, etc.;
  • breathing exercises.

Musicality. Quiet, relaxing music, played a little louder than before bed, helps children of any age recover.

The serving was done correctly. For each child there was a napkin under the device. On the table is a napkin holder and a container for used napkins. All cutlery is laid out taking into account the rules of table setting.

  • improving the functioning of the body’s main systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, as well as stabilizing the body’s protective functions);
  • creating a positive atmosphere in the group.

The physical education instructor correctly uses terminology in naming types of exercises. Children clearly respond to signals.

The objectives of such classes are:

  • increase in muscle tone;
  • improved mood;
  • prevention of colds;
  • strengthening the respiratory system;
  • preventing the development of problems with posture, flat feet;
  • fostering the habit of stretching the body after waking up.

Exercises from various positions: lying on your side, on your stomach, sitting. After this, the children walk, gradually turning into running - they run out of the bedroom into a well-ventilated group with a temperature of 20–23 degrees.

Complexes of health-improving gymnastics after daytime sleep are compiled for a month. During this time, children manage to master the technique of performing individual health procedures. While the children are sleeping, the teacher creates conditions for contrasting hardening of the children: prepares a “cold” room (playroom or locker room); With the help of ventilation, the temperature in it is initially reduced by 3-5 degrees compared to a “warm” room.

Active participation in entertainment enriches children with new experiences and provides an opportunity to acquire motor skills and abilities.
