(children's answers).
The holiday of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War is approaching.
VICTORY DAY
The May holiday - Victory Day is celebrated by the whole country. Our grandfathers put on the Military Orders.
In the morning the road calls them to the solemn parade. And thoughtfully from the threshold the grandmothers look after them. (T. Belozerov)
Many years ago, on June 22, 1941, a terrible enemy attacked our country. It happened early in the morning when all the people were sleeping. Nobody expected this attack. Adults worked, children went to kindergarten and school. In an instant, peaceful life ended. Having attacked suddenly, the Nazis were able to advance a long distance into the interior of our country. Explosions thundered all around, cities and villages burned with fire. The entire Soviet people rose to defend their Motherland. Men went to the front to fight, and women continued to work day and night in factories and factories: sewing overcoats, knitting warm mittens, socks, baking bread...
You guys probably know that different types of troops took part in the Great Patriotic War (ground forces, air force, navy).
I want to invite you to an exhibition of military equipment.
Children look at illustrations of military equipment.
Guys, did you recognize any cars?
Children's answers:
Educator:
Well done, now answer me:
- What kind of formidable machine is that will pass both on land and on water? (Tank) Who controls the tank? (tankman)
—Who controls the warship? (captain)
—Who guarded and is now protecting our sky? (pilots)
—What does a soldier carry on his shoulder? (machine)
—What protects the artilleryman’s head? (helmet)
—Who guards the borders of our Motherland? (border guards)
Educator:
Girls nurses showed considerable courage and bravery during the war. They had to carry the wounded straight from the battlefield, when explosions thundered around and bullets whistled overhead. I suggest our girls try themselves as a nurse and go to a military hospital.
The competition “Help the Wounded” is being held. Two pairs of girls take part, one is wounded, the other provides assistance (rewinds her arm).
Educator:
Well, our girls are real nurses. Are our boys ready to become real soldiers? I suggest you now turn into gunners and try to shoot down the enemy plane.
P/n. "Shoot down an enemy plane." Children are divided into two teams. Game with pins.
Educator:
Well done! You are a sharp shooter. Now let's find out who is the smartest.
P/n. "Crossing". 2 teams are participating. Participants move to the other end of the hall along two boards, rearranging them one after another.
And in the next test we will find out who is the fastest. After all, signalmen must very quickly transmit important information to military headquarters.
P/n. "Deliver the telegram." On a special command, the participants grab the envelope and run to the chair, returning and passing the envelope to the next player.
Well done. Now we know that our guys are brave, dexterous, accurate, and they can be entrusted with a responsible and important task - to hoist the flag.
P/n. “Get to the flag.” On command, participants overcome obstacles (bench, arc) to reach the flag. They just run back. Then the next participant runs.
Educator:
Guys, you are all great. Everyone tried very hard to complete the tasks. Now let’s rest a little, sit down on the chairs.
Thanks to common efforts, our Army drove the enemy from our land. The war has died down, the long-awaited peace has come to earth. Many soldiers did not return home from that war. May 9, 1945 has forever become a great date for Russia. We will never forget those who burned in tanks, who threw themselves from the trenches under hurricane fire, who lay down with their chests on the embrasure, who did not spare their lives and overcame everything. Not for the sake of awards, but so that you and I, guys, can live, study, work and be happy.
WE NEED PEACE
Everyone needs peace and friendship, Peace is more important than anything in the world, On a land where there is no war, Children sleep peacefully at night. Where the guns don't thunder, the sun shines brightly in the sky. We need peace for all the guys. We need peace on the entire planet!
(V. Stepanov)
To pay tribute to those who died in the Great Patriotic War and to show the power of our country, for many years all military personnel and veterans have been participating in the festive parade. I suggest you go to the parade too.
To the march “Farewell of the Slavic Woman,” children march and perform movements with flags.
So that no one forgets the valiant heroes and their exploits, many monuments were built throughout the country in memory of the war heroes. Also on this day, people lay wreaths and flowers at the monuments. Usually they are brought to the “Eternal Flame”, which burns in every city so that people never forget how terrible war is. We have such a fire in our city too. Victory Day ends with festive fireworks.
WHAT KIND OF HOLIDAY?
There are festive fireworks in the sky, fireworks here and there. The whole country congratulates the Glorious Veterans. And the blooming spring gives them tulips, gives them white lilacs. What a glorious day in May?
(N. Ivanova)
(The children leave the music room to the music).
Conversation about the celebration of Victory Day with children of the middle group “So that they know, so that they remember”
Conversation about celebrating Victory Day with middle school children
“So that they know, so that they remember.”
Goal: to give children knowledge about the heroic days of the war, to tell about how people defended their Motherland during the Great Patriotic War. Explain to children such concepts as “Eternal Flame”, “Tomb of the Unknown Hero”. To cultivate a sense of respect for Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, a desire to help them, to do something useful and pleasant.
Material: Illustrations with images of monuments to the defenders of the Motherland in the Great Patriotic War, portrait, illustrations with images of battles of the Great Patriotic War, the Reichstag building, over which the banner of our country flies; photographs of war veterans' meetings.
Preliminary work: reading the works of L. Kassil from the books “Your Defenders”, “Main Army”, looking at illustrations and reading the encyclopedia for preschoolers “History”.
Progress:
— On May 9, our people celebrate one of the most important and favorite holidays. What holiday is it? (Victory Day)
- Who remembers what kind of victory this was? Over whom? (Over the German troops, over the Germans, over the fascists)
- Yes, it was a very terrible and long war. The fascists wanted to take over our country and turn our people and the peoples of other countries into slaves. But they didn't succeed. Our entire people, men and women, children and old people, rose up to fight: they went to the front, worked in factories, and became partisans. Women became not only doctors and nurses, but also learned to fly airplanes, famously shot down the enemy, were telephone operators and signalmen, and at the most important moments of battles could establish communication between commanders and units. Children and old people stood at the machines in factories and prepared new shells and combat vehicles. Girls and grandmothers knitted warm mittens and scarves and sent them to any soldier at the front.
Many died in that war, many names are unknown.
— Do you recognize this monument?
(Tomb of the unknown soldier. Moscow)
- Who knows what “Unknown” means? (Children's answers)
This is a monument to those who died on the battlefields. After heavy battles, soldiers were buried in one mass grave, and it was not always possible to find out their first and last name. Such monuments were erected throughout the country to all those soldiers whose names remained unknown. There is such a monument in our village. As a sign of the eternal memory of those who died in the big cities of our country, the Eternal Flame burns near the monument: day and night, in snow and rain, reminding those living that no one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten. Near the monument there are fresh flowers and wreaths.
Our army defeated the Nazis. At the head of the army are always the main commanders - the Commanders-in-Chief, they lead all battles. During the Great Patriotic War, one of the most talented commanders was Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov.
Where he commanded the front, the army always defeated the fascists.
At the very beginning of the war, the Nazis came very close to Moscow. Then they appoint us to command our troops, and the Nazis retreat.
A very difficult battle was fought for the city of Stalingrad. The Nazis bombed the city almost completely, but could not take it.
The soldiers fought for every house, for every floor. It even happened that there were fascists on the upper floors, and ours occupied the lower floors. And ours won! And he led our army together with other generals.
A very difficult tank battle took place near the city of Kursk.
This battle was again won by our troops, led by Zhukov.
And the very last battle with the Nazis for the city of Berlin, the capital of Germany, was also led by Zhukov.
Our soldiers hoisted the flag of our Motherland over the main building of Berlin - the Reichstag!
The people remember the hero. And in Moscow, on Red Square, a monument was erected to him.
The sculptor depicted Zhukov on a horse.
-Why do you think Zhukov is on a horse? After all, in the Great Patriotic War there were tanks, artillery, and aviation. (Children's guesses)
— Zhukov hosted the Victory Parade on horseback on Red Square.
And the sculptor decided to depict him on a horse as a winner.
This was such a difficult war for our people many years ago. Now those who fought in that terrible war are still alive. But they are already very old, many of them are sick, and it is very difficult for them to walk. They are called Veterans.
On Victory Day, they put on orders, military awards and go to the Parade to meet their friends at the front.
Many of you have great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers who fought in the same war, and some are still alive. Don't forget to congratulate them on the holiday. If on May 9 you see a person with orders, then come up and congratulate him on the holiday, tell him “thank you” for defending our Motherland from enemies. Give up your seat on public transport to elderly people and veterans, let your parents help you cross the road, open the door, or get off the bus step. Veterans will be very pleased that we remember that difficult Victory, thanks to which we now live happily under a peaceful sky in our country.

Sketch “At a halt” about soldiers on Victory Day on May 9 in the House of Culture
Even small children know that war means suffering, grief and thousands of deaths. What can we say about adults? Gathering annually on May 9 at the Palace of Culture, military personnel, veterans and ordinary civilians recapture the terrible events of war and bitterly swallow tears for their fallen grandfathers and great-grandfathers. And senior schoolchildren and students demonstrate from the red stage, hung with the legendary victory symbols, the sketch “At a Rest” about soldiers on Victory Day on May 9 in the House of Culture. Along with welcoming words for veterans, themed songs and dances, and a speech by the city mayor, military performances look even more touching and heartwarming.
A funeral was flying from the front for a young boy, And he was lying alive in a crater... Oh, how merciless the war is!
And tanks passed by... Someone else's speech... and he lay there, And remembered his sister and mother, He lay there and died quietly.
His chest was pierced right through, And the blood flowed into the black snow, And he greeted his last dawn with blue eyes.
No, he didn’t cry, he smiled, And he remembered his home, And overcoming the pain, he stood up, And, lifting the machine gun with difficulty,
He splashed lead into the contorted faces of the Hot One, bringing this one minute closer to the end of the merciless War.
A funeral was flying from the front, The postman was already knocking, The soldier, his eyes closed in the funnel, was a moment ahead of her.
Funny scenes for May 9th for elementary school
Funny scenes for May 9th for elementary school will perfectly dilute the sad atmosphere of the matinee for the memorable Victory Day. Short and funny sketches from soldiers' everyday life will amuse not only young people, parents and teachers, but also invited guests - veterans, eyewitnesses, children of war. The basis for funny scenes can be military jokes or stories on army themes. Little schoolchildren enjoy trying on the role of frightened recruits or brave soldiers. And camouflage suits and the necessary attributes will help you get used to the role.
Funny skits for younger schoolchildren on Victory Day
We suggest teaching children in elementary school a funny skit for the May 9 holiday about the sergeant major and recruits. In it, the acting characters are popular templates from the typical Russian army, and the lines are realities from life situations.
Recruits who had just arrived in the army lined up on the parade ground. The foreman approaches the guys and starts a dialogue.
Sergeant major. So, let's start getting acquainted. First question: are there any musicians in the ranks?
Three guys step in front and answer.
Soldiers. Yes, yes!
Sergeant major. Great. Step by step march to the commander, he urgently needs to raise the piano to the 5th floor! Let's move on. Who wants to get a sergeant?
One recruit is out of action.
Soldier . I want!
Sergeant major . Great. Well done. Run to this address (gives a piece of paper) and get our sergeant from the sobering-up station. Are there any electricians?
Another soldier leaves the line.
Soldier . Yes sir!
Sergeant major . You have a task according to your specialty. Every evening you will check whether the lights are turned on everywhere. And the last outfit: who will go to the commander tomorrow to harvest potatoes.
Two fail.
Soldiers. We are ready!
Sergeant major . Well done! The rest will run after the car on their own. For now - at ease. Disperse!
Short skits for Victory Day on May 9 for children
As you know, there is more than one military holiday in our calendar, there are several of them: May 9, February 23, December 27, etc. Short skits for Victory Day can be used for children's events in honor of each of them. In kindergarten they are more primitive, without long monologues and complex semantic content; in elementary school - more meaningful and even fun; in high school - serious, lyrical and sometimes tragic. Boys in such dramatizations can play the roles of recruits, ground forces soldiers, pilots, commanders, and superiors. Girls are more suited to the roles of mothers, wives, nurses, etc. The main thing is that scenes for May 9 and other military holidays should be short, aesthetically pleasing and understandable for children.
A short children's skit for Victory Day “Jokes of army life”
The Colonel lined up the soldiers and addresses them.
Colonel . Comrade soldiers! Autumn has arrived, which means it's time to change colors. Now half of you are running to the trees and untying the green leaves from them. And the rest tie yellow leaves to the trees. All clear? The captain is appointed responsible for this event!
The captain waited for the colonel to leave. Addresses the soldiers:
Captain. Here the colonel gives it, he got hit hard on the head yesterday during the exercises - untie and tie the leaves!? Have you lost your mind, or what? Listen to my command! The colonel's order is canceled, we all go to the warehouse, get brushes and yellow paint and repaint the leaves! All clear!
