Objectives: • to activate, unite the creative manifestations of the children, evoke their initiative, emotional uplift and simply bring joy. • Arouse interest in the world of flowers Preliminary work: develop regulations for the “Flower Festival” competition, place information about the competition on the stand for parents, select melodies for the musical accompaniment of the holiday (defile), decorate the venue of the competition with balloons and flowers, arrange an exhibition of drawings, print out the diploma and buy souvenirs for all competition participants. Regulations on the celebration of flowers. REGULATIONS on holding the competition “Flower Festival” GENERAL PROVISIONS: 1.1. These Regulations determine the general procedure for organizing and conducting a creative competition.
1.2. The general management of the preparation and conduct of the competition is carried out by the structural unit kindergarten No. 6 of Marx. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: -aesthetic and cultural education of the younger generation; — development of the creative imagination of children, parents, preschool employees in the field of creating models; -creating conditions for interaction between teachers and children and their parents; — identifying talented children, creatively working teachers, preschool employees, their support and encouragement. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS: Preschoolers aged 3-7 years, their parents and preschool teachers are invited to participate in the competition. DATE AND PLACE OF THE COMPETITION: The competition will take place on August 11, 2015. The competition starts at 10:00. CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION: 1. Each group of preschool educational institutions can take part in any of the selected nominations of the Competition, in several nominations, or in all nominations at the same time. 3.The competitive screening will be held publicly. 4. The order of performances is determined by the organizing committee of the Competition. 5. To participate in the competition, you must submit an application for participation before August 7, 2015 to the methodological office of the preschool educational institution. NOMINATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS COMPETITION: 1. Nomination “Ball of Flowers” (Suits, dresses presented in the form of flowers). Participants of the competition, together with their parents or teachers, present costumes of flowers. Each group must present at least 2 models. Evaluation criteria (0-5 points): - quality and skill of execution; — expressiveness, color aesthetics; — individuality, originality of the presented products. 2. Nomination “Children’s drawing”. Theme: “Floral fantasies.” Each preschool group submits no more than 5 drawings made by children on a given topic to the competition. An exhibition-competition of children's drawings will be organized at the preschool educational institution. The drawing must be made on a sheet of paper (A4 format) in any technique (drawing, applique, collage, etc.) using different materials. Design requirements: Title; child's FI, age; Full name of the teacher; Evaluation criteria: — compliance with the competition theme; — originality of the plan; - performance technique. Drawings must be provided to the organizing committee 2 days before the start of the Competition! SUMMARY AND AWARDING: The winners and prize-winners of the competition are determined by the amount of points scored and are awarded diplomas and memorable gifts for I, II, III. Participants in the Flower Ball nomination receive participant diplomas. COMPETITION JURY: COMPETITION FINANCING: Expenses for organizing and holding the competition and awarding the winners are made at the expense of the educational institution PROGRESS OF THE EVENT:
