Progress of the lesson
- Hello children! My name is Maria Vladislavovna. Today we will try to conduct a choreography lesson together. First we'll warm up a little, then we'll learn a dance and play a little. First, let's learn how to bow, because... We have a dance class, so we should also say hello with a dance movement. Look at me and repeat after me (learning a bow).
- Okay, now put your feet shoulder-width apart, hands on your waist. Repeat after me.
Warm-up
to the soundtrack of the show group “Dance Teacher” (2.45 min)
1 verse
— Tilt your head to your shoulder left and right (8 times), back and forth (4 times);
— We lower our hands down and raise both shoulders up (8), one shoulder at a time (4);
Chorus
- Hands on your waist, feet shoulder-width apart. Lean slightly from side to side (8);
— Feet together, we jump (8);
- Feet shoulder width apart. Hands up and wave from side to side (8);
— Tilts of the head to the shoulder at a slow pace (4);
Verse 2
- “Motors” - rotational movements of hands, clenched into fists, around each other: right - left (2), down - up (2);
Repeat the chorus.
Verse 3
- Turn your legs and body to the right. We perform the “Pinocchio” movement - arms in front of us, one arm straightens, the other bends, fingers widely spread (8). Repeat to the left.
Repeat the chorus.
Verse 4
— We jump: feet shoulder-width apart, arms to the sides - legs together, hands clapping overhead (4 reps at a slow pace, 8 reps at a fast pace).
Repeat the chorus 2 times.
Losing
- Arms to the sides - clap above your head (8).
- And now I will tell you a fairy tale (5 minutes), and you will show it to me. Listen carefully and look at me.
— A beautiful flower grows in a clearing (children, squatting with their hands folded, palm to palm above their heads, depict a flower). Morning comes, the sun rises, and the flower wakes up and opens its petals (the children begin to slowly rise to their feet, stretch their arms up and open them to the sides). A light breeze blew (the children begin to swing their arms from side to side). And now a strong wind has blown, and the flower bends all the way to the ground (the children begin to sway strongly from side to side, trying to reach the floor with their hands). And suddenly the flower broke away and flew away (the children begin to spin around themselves, first in one direction, then in the other). And now the birds have flown to us (children stand on high half-toes and wave their arms up and down). The penguins have arrived (sink on their heels, hands behind their backs). Again birds (half-toes) and penguins (walking on their heels). And now the bees have flown into our clearing! And the bees are buzzing (children begin to run around the hall, pressing their elbows to their bodies, and quickly waving their arms up and down, imitating flying bees). Bees also sit on flowers and collect pollen (children squat down and pretend how bees “collect pollen in a basket”). What do bees give us? (children answer: honey). Okay, which animal loves to eat honey the most? (bear). So a bear came to our clearing! (children place their feet on the outer side of the foot and, reading the verse “Teddy Bear,” imitate it). And now frogs have jumped into our clearing! (children squat down and spread their knees to the sides, placing their hands on the floor between their knees). How do frogs talk? (croak). Who is our biggest frog? (children jump up and clap their hands above their heads). And suddenly cats came to our clearing (the children kneel down and, beautifully moving their hands, walk like cats). They pulled one back leg, then pulled the other back leg. And cats also love to scratch behind the ear with their paw (first with one hand, then with the other), and now who can reach the ear with their back paw?! (children sit on the floor, take their foot and try to touch their toes to their ear). Well done, let's get back on our feet.
- And now I suggest you learn the Dog Dance. But first we will learn the basic movements (No. 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12). Look at me and repeat (movement study 2.00 min).
- Children, be quiet, be quiet. I think I hear something. I'll go and have a look. (A child dressed in a Puppy costume enters the hall.) Oh, look who came to us?! It's a dog! Look how funny she is! Let's dance the Dog Dance together with the Puppy.
Dance "Funny Dogs"
Musical accompaniment: Gummy Bear - Gummy Bear song (2.45 min).
1. Children, pressing their bent arms to their chest, with their hands down, run out onto the playground in lines and sit in their seats, on their knees, with their “tails” lowered onto their heels. Place your hands on the floor in front of you.
2. “They say hello” - they wave their heads up and down.
3. With the right “paw”, knock on the floor 8 times, repeat with the left “paw”.
4. Wave their head from side to side 16 times.
5. Scratch the right ear with the right hand 8 times, then scratch the left ear with the left hand.
6. Get on all fours and wag their tails.
7. At “one, two”, raise the “tail” high, straighten the legs, lower the head down; on “three, four” they fall back to their knees, “show your nose” (repeat 4 times).
8. “Spring” - sitting on your knees, bounce slightly on your heels, playing with your “paws” - 16 times.
9. Place your hands on your knees. The legs do not move, and the “tail” sits on the floor, alternately on one side of the legs, then on the other - 8 times.
10. Take the “Butterfly” pose - sit on your buttocks, bend your legs at the knees, press your feet to your feet, press your heels as close to you as possible. Try to touch your knees to the floor, keeping your back straight. Next, take your right foot and touch your right ear with your toe - “scratch” it, then repeat everything from your left foot.
11. Lie on your back and “play with your paws,” that is, wave your legs and arms in the air.
12. Stand on your feet, “paws” - arms pressed to your chest, hands down. On “one, two” jump with your left side towards the audience (to the right), on “three, four” - “wag your tail”, repeat in the other direction (repeat 4 times).
13. They bowed and ran away.
- Fine! Now let's play a little game of "Wet Puppies" (2 min).
Target. The ability to relieve tension alternately from the muscles of the arms, legs, neck, and body; move scattered around the hall.
Progress of the game. Children move around the hall in all directions, like dogs (legs and arms on the floor, knees straight). At the command “rain”, children squat down and curl into a ball, tensing all their muscles. At the command of the “sun”, they slowly stand up and shake off the “raindrops” in turn from each of the four “legs”, from the “head” and “tail”, respectively removing the clamps from all muscles.
— They took their places to bow. Well done! I really liked how you diligently worked and completed everything. What did you like about our lesson? (children's answers) Well done! Thanks for the activity! I really enjoyed working with you. Goodbye (bow)!
Summary of a game lesson on choreography on the topic “The Magic World of Dance”
Municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education for children "Center for Children's Creativity"
Sorochinsky urban district
Summary of a game lesson on choreography on the topic
Compiler of the lesson: additional education teacher
The lesson was held in the middle group of the choreographic studio "RitMix"
Sorochinsk, 2017
Goal: to determine the level of physical capabilities and natural data of children (sense of rhythm, professional data - turnout, step, lifting, flexibility, ability to concentrate) in order to rely on the data obtained when constructing subsequent classes, determining the degree of load, directions of work with the group. In addition, arouse children's interest in choreography classes.
Tasks:
- Introduce children to the specifics of the association’s work;
- Provide first communication skills in a new team;
- Give a basic idea of the language of dance as the language of the body;
- Create a relaxed atmosphere (instill trust in the teacher in children);
- Create an atmosphere of joy from meeting a new type of creativity - choreography.
Progress of the lesson:
1.Organizing moment.
The teacher invites children to the dance class, arranges them in two or three lines in a checkerboard pattern facing the mirror. The demonstration stands feature a photo exhibition dedicated to the work of the children's dance ensemble "Smeshinki" and an exhibition of the group's achievements (certificates, diplomas, gratitude).
Hello guys. I am very glad to see you in this large bright hall. My name is (full name). I teach children to dance.
To begin with, we will say hello to you. But not the way people usually greet, but a little differently. We will make a “bow”, as is customary in choreography. First I will show it to you, and then we will all repeat it together.
The teacher performs a “bow” in “mirror reflection” for the children. Musical size 2/4. 4 bars.
I. p. - 6th position of the legs.
1 measure – “one and” – step to the right with the right foot
“two and” - put your left foot to your right foot
Bar 2 – “one and” – demi plie in 6th position and head tilt down
“two and” - extend your knees
3rd measure - repeat the 1st measure, but with the other foot in the other direction
Bar 4 – repeat bar 2
The teacher and children perform a “bow” all together.
We bowed to the music, and our accompanist (full name) helped us with this.
2. Goal setting.
Today in class we will take just one small step into the magical world of dance. You will learn what warm-up and ground gymnastics are. Find out how bells dance, learn to dance with them. And we will also play a lot. First we'll talk a little. Sit down please.
Children sit on pre-set benches.
3. Introductory part.
Do you like to dance? (Yes!)
What dances do you know? (Polka, waltz... If children find it difficult to answer, the teacher helps)
And then there are folk dances: Russian, Ukrainian, and other peoples of the world. Let's see how the children of the Smeshinki ensemble dance and try to find out what kind of dance they perform?
Watching a video clip (excerpts from the performances of the group “Smeshinki”: Russian, Hungarian, Spanish dances)
In addition to them, there are also pop and classical dances, which we will also study in class.
And today we will go on a short, but full of surprises and adventures, journey to a magical forest. Look, the bells are dancing (demonstration of a video fragment). Today we will try to dance like them.
Children get up from the benches and line up in three lines.
4.Warm up.
Do you like to travel? (Yes!)
Close your eyes and imagine that we have been transported to an unusual forest, where the trees are you, tall and slender.
They put the legs together and stuck tightly to the floor, as if they had “taken root” into the floor. The stomach was pulled in, as if there was a hollow in a tree, the shoulders were down, the ears were stretched towards the sun. Hands on the belt. We keep our fingers together (fingers do not quarrel, they are friends). Now we are trees in the forest!
Exercise:
“Curious trees” (head turns to the right - left; tilts down - back, lateral bends)
Exercise:
“Dunno” (shoulders up and down, alternately and together)
Exercise:
“Stump - tree” (body bends forward)
Exercise:
“Wind” (smooth movements of the arms to the right - left, gradually raising and lowering them)
After the wind, the forest became so quiet that every rustle echoed. Do you know what an echo is? (We know, it repeats everything!). Let's play echo? (Yes!)
Game "Echo".
The rules of the game are as follows: I will show the movement, and you will repeat it, but only after my signal (the teacher shows a signal - gesture).
Movements:
- 8 claps;
- 4 plies;
- 4 kicks with the right foot;
- 2 knee strikes + 2 hand claps;
- slapping the stomach alternately with hands, etc. at the discretion of the teacher.
Well done, a wonderful echo has settled in our forest: cheerful, joyful and very attentive!
For some reason we stayed too long in this clearing where the echo settled. It's time to go for a walk. Do you agree? (Yes!)
Game "Walk".
You and I will walk along a narrow path to the back of each other’s heads, and I will walk in front, walking on high half-toes (the teacher demonstrates). There may be various obstacles along the way: puddles, bumps. Shall we overcome? (Yes!)
Exercise:
Children walk on high half-toes in a large circle and in a snake, etc., to the back of the head, one after another, with the teacher in front. Overcoming obstacles means changing movements:
- puddles - jump over
- bumps - jumping from foot to foot
We walked the entire path with honor, we overcame all obstacles. Well done! Do you know that you can dance not only standing, but also sitting, and even lying down. These rugs (the teacher shows the rug) will help us with this.
5. Ground gymnastics.
Please take the mat and return to your seats. This will be our beach.
Lie on your back, hands under your head, legs together, toes pointed out. Let's sunbathe. We stretch our feet. We pull our socks towards ourselves - away from ourselves.
Raise your right leg up and check whether it is tanned or not. The same with the left foot.
Now we turn over onto our stomach so that our back can sunbathe. We dangle our legs with joy. We saw a boat floating along the river. Let's try to depict it: we raise straight arms and legs, we remain lying only on our stomach. We rest: we sat on our knees and lowered our heads to our knees. Complete relaxation.
Close your eyes, don't peek. Open them only at my command (the teacher places the bells in front of each child).
Do you hear the ringing? What is this? We opened our eyes. What do these sounds sound like? It is the forest bluebells that invite you to dance with them.
Learning a fragment of the “Bells” dance seen at the beginning of the lesson.
While you and I were dancing with bells, it started to rain.
Exercise "Rain".
Children sit on the floor at random, some can stand. Children hit their fingers on their palm (one finger - heavy drops... all fingers - shower; ascending and descending)
And the rain was like mushrooms!
Ri.
Children stand in a circle, stand up one by one to the music (at the teacher’s clap), one after another - mushrooms grow, then sit down (hide) in the reverse order.
Well, while we were traveling, evening came. During the day the forest is fun, birds chirp loudly, bunnies jump, butterflies fly. And at night everything freezes, stops and becomes silent. Now we will try to show in the language of dance what happens in the forest during the day and what happens at night. To do this, we will remove the rugs - we will have more space.
6. Summing up the lesson
Game "Day - Night"
Day - music plays, children dance freely throughout the hall. The nature of the movements must correspond to the nature of the music (waltz - smooth movements; polka - jumping, skipping; march - clear steps, etc.)
Night - the music stops abruptly, the children freeze in different positions and try not to move. Whoever fails leaves the game.
When the music starts, the children remaining in the game continue to move.
Children can use the movements learned in class in the game. During the game, visual images are used.
The game continues until one winner is determined.
The game is on.
So, today the most attentive one is (the teacher calls the child’s name). Congratulations!
Did you enjoy our forest trip? (Yes!)
I also found it very interesting with you.
Now I’ll tell you a little secret. Those exercises that you did while lying on the mats were called “Ground gymnastics,” which I talked about at the beginning. And when we were in the forest, we did some warm-up. Tell me yourself, what games did we play today? (“Echo”, “Day and Night”, “Mushrooms”...)
And the most important thing is that you tried dancing today. In the next lessons we will get acquainted with this and many other dances.
This concludes our lesson.
Let's say "Thank you, goodbye" to each other.
Children line up to “bow.” "Bow".
Now let's thank the accompanist for accompanying us on our journey and being so much fun.
Exit from the hall.
