A fairy tale about a magic doctor (from tears and hysterics) for children and their parents
Once upon a time there lived in a fairy-tale land a little girl, Hysterical : shaggy, gloomy and a little funny. He’ll go out into the street and let’s roar like crazy. And she cries so skillfully that a whole sea of tears . All the neighbor's children mysteriously become infected with Hysteria and also begin to cry for the company. And now the evening has come, the inhabitants of the fairy-tale country are sailing past on boats , trying to calm the children down, but they are not doing any good.
And something incredible happened to the kids. Simply unfathomable. Little Hysterical went to the store with her mother and wanted a beautiful doll so much that she couldn’t help but cry . After all, Hysteria hasn’t yet had a doll in a lilac dress, she had one in pink and red, but not one in lilac! And the boy Vanya had a completely serious incident. In the morning he was getting ready to go for a walk and his mother made him wear a lilac jumpsuit, and he really wanted a red one, but what’s surprising is that when his mother agreed to red, Vanya unexpectedly liked the lilac one. And only in the evening, the tired mother went out with Vanya for a walk in the right overalls.
One day a very good doctor fairyland . And of course, all the parents immediately asked to examine the children and give them a magic pill for tears .
The doctor approached little Hysterical , naturally she cried again, this time from fatigue and increased attention from people. After all, she even ended up in our fairy tale ! A huge responsibility for a girl. The doctor took her in his arms said quietly in a whisper : Look, Hysterical , teddy bear clouds are floating in the sky! Hysteria looked at the doctor , raised her eyes to the sky and really saw bears.
- And, indeed, bears. Where are they going?
- Probably on my own business, maybe for some cloud honey? It's probably white, white, delicious, delicious. When you're crying so much and can't calm down, always look for cloud bears, and if you try really hard, you'll see cloud horses and even a whole zoo in the sky.
- What if I pay at home? Hysteria asked warily .
“You can always look out the window through the glass, you can see them from there too,” the doctor answered and smiled .
- What if it’s dark outside? – Hysteria .
- Then you have one more magical remedy - hug your mom or dad tightly and then the tears will get scared and run away .
- Is it true? Will they run away forever?
- Of course not. Tears are very important for girls and boys; crying is very useful when you are scared, sad or in pain. you shouldn't waste your tears over trifles . I heard that one girl cried so much because of toys she didn't buy that she even had to buy tears at the store !
“Wow,” Hysteria was surprised and wondered how many tears ? And then she stopped crying.
Very soon the doctor left on his medical business, and in the fairy-tale city there was no longer a sea of tears , bears, horses and other living creatures now lived in the sky, and parents began to hug their children , because hugs are always more important than overalls and dolls.

The author of the site is me, Tatyana Kurilenkova, a mother of two boys, who began to compose fairy tales for her children, having convinced myself from my own experience of the effectiveness of this method. And on this site I want to introduce you to fairy tale therapy as a mother. I write fairy tales and at the same time see the results of their work on my children. Starting to write therapeutic fairy tales for children 3-5 years old is quite simple; many can do this effectively simply on an intuitive level. What may come as a surprise is that fairy tales remain relevant at virtually any age, and as your child grows, your skill at wrapping your life experiences that you want to share can also grow. At the moment, the main specialists using this tool are psychologists, psychotherapists, and, less often, teachers and educators. At the same time, all specialists practicing fairy tale therapy talk about its high effectiveness; a fairy tale specially composed for a specific task for a specific child can solve serious psychological problems. But the important thing is that this tool could also successfully solve the daily problems of raising and educating children, but so far this tool is not popular enough among mothers, and there are not very many ready-made fairy tales aimed at solving such problems. I created this page precisely so that over time, when mothers come here, they will be able to find here those very therapeutic fairy tales that I myself so lacked. Therapeutic tales for children for every day.
Wishing everyone fabulous changes for the better. Sincerely yours, Tatyana Kurilenkova.
Cowardly Hedgehog and a sick tooth
One day, a little Hedgehog who lived on the very outskirts of a forest clearing, where a big, big birch tree grows - well, you know - had a toothache. Indigenous, the farthest. He had never had toothache before. The milk ones fell out by themselves, new ones grew to replace them, and everything was fine. And this tooth suddenly became capricious and got sick. The hedgehog did not say anything to his mother. I thought: nothing, I’ll be patient a little, it will go away on its own. He only told his best friend, Belchonok, about this. - What you?! - Belchonok immediately exclaimed. – You need to urgently treat this bad tooth! The hedgehog was silent for a while, then admitted: “You know, if I tell my mom about this, she’ll take me to the doctor, and I… I’m a little scared.” -What are you afraid of? - asked Belchonok. – I’m afraid that treating the tooth will be painful. “Ah-ah, I see,” Hedgehog’s best friend smiled. “I used to be afraid of this too.” And then he stopped. And do you know why? - Why? – Yes, it turns out that now doctors treat teeth without pain at all. - Quite quite? – Hedgehog was surprised. - Quite quite! - Belchonok confirmed. - Well, it doesn’t even hurt at all, not a bit. But if you don’t go for treatment, you may be expected to... what is this word called... my mother said it. Oh, I remembered: big problems can await you! And Belchonok told the Hedgehog a story about his grandfather. He also somehow had a toothache, but he did not go to the doctor, but decided to get treatment himself. I made an infusion of fir cones, added some herbs and roots, and began rinsing my mouth. So, it turns out, the old Owl taught him. Well, I rinsed and rinsed, but the teeth did not go away - they hurt. When he finally made up his mind and turned to a doctor for help, it was too late: the teeth had to be removed. And if he had come to the clinic on time, his teeth would have been fixed, and everything would have been wonderful. “And now my grandfather can’t bite the delicious nuts,” Little Squirrel sadly finished his story. “My mother and I have to do this - we have healthy teeth, because we take care of them, brush them with toothpaste every morning, and if they get sick, we immediately go to the doctor. Now we crunch nuts for grandpa, and he eats the grains. The Hedgehog thought for a while, and then asked Belchonka: “Weren’t you scared at all when you first went to the doctor to have your teeth treated?” The little squirrel answered honestly: “Well, just a little, of course, it was scary.” But only the first time. And when I realized that it didn’t hurt at all, the doctor and I even became friends. He's called a dentist. And now I’m not at all afraid of him, because he’s very kind. The hedgehog believed his friend and that same day he told his mother about his bad tooth. The next day she took him to that same kind doctor - a dentist. He sat his little prickly patient in a special chair, took out special instruments and began to treat the tooth. The hedgehog was still afraid for some time, he kept waiting - it would hurt or it wouldn’t. But, to his cheerful surprise, he did not feel any pain. And the very next day I felt completely healthy. Of course, he immediately ran to his friend Belchonok and told him about it. Don't forget to thank you for your good advice. And they again began to play together and jump over the fallen tree. And they even held a competition: who could quickly crack delicious nuts for Grandfather Belchonok. Since then, Hedgehog has never been afraid to go to the good dentist.

Healing tales.
Fairy tales, used since ancient times as an educational tool, avoid moralizing, but present a person with several alternative models of behavior and reinforce moral values.
The impact of a fairy tale is very deep, as it touches the deep, unconscious layers of the psyche. In addition, a fairy tale allows an adult to somehow “magically” find himself in the world of a child. The thing is. that children are characterized by a mythological worldview in which the whole world is animated and wonderful. Adults mostly think logically. But. Living by logic alone, a person loses touch with his nature, part of his vital energy. Being a storehouse of folk wisdom that has managed to combine logic and feelings, a fairy tale helps restore your inner balance. Being a connecting thread between adults and children, a fairy tale connects the logic of adults and children's emotions into a single whole. This presupposes further development of both the adult and the child. How often do people, growing up, forget that they were once small. Trying to give their children more knowledge by teaching in prestigious schools, many parents do not attach much importance, and maybe; they don't even know about it. that the main activity of a preschool child is PLAY. They leave their child alone with himself in his “magical” but defenseless world, suppressing what is most dear to him - a feeling of security, confidence in support, love, and involvement in his interests.
Thus, parents lose the guarantee of a close relationship with their child in the future. After all, such relationships grow from joint activities united by common interests, emotions, and mutual understanding. If your adult child is not close enough to you, it’s worth thinking about: have you always felt what the child’s need was at every moment of his growing up? Did you often play with him, read fairy tales to him when he was little?
A fairy tale about a bad tooth
Once upon a time there lived a little tooth. It appeared quite recently and was a small sprout, the size of a claw. And they called it milky. Although he was small and cute, he was so stubborn and nervous that no one wanted to be his friend. “I don’t want to be dairy, but I want to be indigenous,” the kid was capricious. He really didn't like that name. “You will when you grow up,” his brothers and sisters persuaded him. “And now I want to be big, right away,” he squealed. Why are you so restless? - the elders marveled, looking at the baby. Everything has its time. On top of everything else, no sooner was the baby born than he fell in love with sweets, especially candy. But he didn’t refuse cookies and gingerbread either. Mine, mine,” he shouted with all his might, trying to try as many sweet and tasty things as possible. The adult teeth just shrugged their shoulders in bewilderment and turned away from the sweet tooth. “But you can’t have so many sweets at once,” a neighbor couldn’t stand it one day. But the baby didn’t listen, just “crunch” and “crunch.” How many times can you rip me off with brooms? - he grumbled, looking at the toothbrush. But the brush seemed to swallow its tongue and continued to roll over the teeth with its rough surface. “Don’t touch me, leave me alone,” came the long, whiny echo. … And suddenly. One day, the baby woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall asleep. “I have a headache,” he thought, closing his eyes. Oh no. It was as if a sharp needle had pricked the baby somewhere inside. “Oh,” he cried out from unexpected pain. And as soon as the baby opened his eyes, he simply couldn’t believe how big a black hole had grown overnight. But she wasn’t there just yesterday,” the kid tried to remember. And the hole, by the way, grew bigger and bigger each time, not paying any attention to the baby. Let me take another tasty pill. Oh, no, that’s wrong,” the kid stopped short, “not a pill, but a piece of candy—maybe it will make you feel better.” And then he reached for the sweets. But, having eaten the candy, he also managed to grab three gingerbread cookies and cookies. “He’s really a glutton,” the baby ate, watching his brothers and sisters sleep. I'm not a glutton, not at all. And then he felt that an invisible needle was stuck into him again. But I didn’t eat the needle, where did it come from? - The baby didn’t have time to think when he suddenly felt incredible pain in the hole. And the baby whined as hard as he could. Everyone woke up from his roar, from the smallest to the old grandfather. And they began to calm him, poor thing, and persuade him. As soon as the toothache subsided, every single tooth, including the sleep-deprived baby, went to the clinic. Some for prevention, and some for treatment. After the treatment, the baby became so healthy, so cheerful that even his pale cheeks turned red and rounded. A light appeared in his eyes, and he felt the happiest. And, most importantly, he realized that one should not eat too many sweets. And now he had so many friends that he was surprised himself!

Meditative fairy tale for pregnant women
This tale can be read in the process of psychodynamic meditation on living the embryonic experience and the birth process. A mother can read it to her child before bed in response to the question: “Tell me how I was little.”
About a little lump...
Once upon a time there lived a little fluffy ball. He was very small, warm and surprisingly pretty. He lived in a cozy, warm little hole, where he felt comfortable and calm. He woke up, ate, played, tumbled, fell asleep again and woke up again. Sometimes the lump just lay in its hole and listened to the sounds coming from outside. These sounds were familiar and pleasant. They fascinated the Kid and were so close. He heard the sound of water, the flow and babbling of streams, rhythmic tapping. And sometimes from afar he heard a barely audible gentle voice, like the ringing of a silver bell. But as time passed, the little lump grew and it began to feel a little cramped in its cozy hole; it could no longer tumble as freely as before. Now, in addition to familiar, familiar sounds, new, unfamiliar ones began to penetrate into the hole. They were strange, wonderful and extraordinarily diverse. Some sounds were especially pleasant. And the lump listened to them for a long time, holding his breath. But there were also not very pleasant sounds, and then the lump tossed and turned, trying to plug its ears, or knocked on the walls of its hole, wanting to stop these sounds. But as soon as he knocked, he heard that gentle, pleasant voice again. Now it sounded louder and clearer. And the lump immediately calmed down. Some more time passed, the lump became quite large, and, of course, it no longer fit at all in its small hole. Now every day he heard many different sounds coming from outside. He's used to a lot of things. And he became very interested in what was there, behind the walls of his hole? He really wanted to look at the one who had such a wonderful silver voice. But as soon as the baby approached the door of his hole, he became scared and did not dare to go out. And one fine day the Good Fairy appeared to the baby. She took his hand and said: “Have you grown up and want to get out of your hole?” I can accompany you. You feel that the path ahead will not be easy. But I will always be with you and help you. The world you will enter will not be as cozy and calm as your mink. It is big, filled with different sounds, colors, smells, tastes and sensations. And when you grow up, you will have friends. You will learn everything you want and see a lot of amazing things!.. Well, are you ready? The lump's heart began to pound, he firmly grabbed the Fairy's warm hand, opened the hole door, and, inhaling more air, took a step outside... A huge and beautiful world accepted him, and the wonderful trills of a silver bell voice filled him with joy. The baby felt loved and desired...

You have it too. A little Dwarf lives on it. This is your Gnome. He has kind eyes and gentle little hands. White beard, and a cap on his head. Blue, pink, yellow... There are as many colors as there are stars in the sky. At the end of the cap is a tiny silver bell. The blouse is belted with a strap and shimmers with mysterious moonlight. And on her feet are shoes with golden bows. You go to bed. The head touches the pillow, and your star extends its rays to you. This is a star staircase along which your Dwarf is hurrying towards you. Do you hear? Top-top-top... This is the Dwarf hurrying towards you along the starry ladder. And his shoes bring you sleep, turning your pillow into a white soft cloud. It gently rocks you on the rays of your star. The Dwarf's small hands gently stroke your head, eyes, eyelids. He loves you, all night long he quietly whispers good stories in your ear. Quietly, quietly. Only for you. After all, this is your Gnome. He tells how during the day your star bathes in the golden rays of the good Sun. And how patiently he waits for the evening to come down to you from the star, to hear your breath, to feel the warmth of your skin... And to talk, to talk to you... And in the morning, when the star hides in the magic threads of the sun, only the quiet ringing of a silver bell will tell you: “I’m here, I’m waiting for you, I’m keeping you, I love you.”

Meditative story for children before bed
This meditative story was invented without a plot as such, so that the child’s mental activity would rest, and only the imagination would work. To do this, turn on low, calm music and it is better if the one who puts the child to bed lies down next to him and slowly, with pauses, begins to talk in a quiet voice. Let's dream up a little together. To do this you need to close your eyes. Closed? Now let’s imagine that we are not lying in bed, but on a white cloud. It is very soft, gentle and rocks us slightly. There are many stars in the sky. They sing to us their favorite melodies and illuminate the blue transparent river with their radiance. The fish splashed and played in it all day, but now they are tired and swim to rest. Their eyes close. They fall asleep right on the shells. A bird flies over the river. She looks into the water and sees a sleepy kingdom at the bottom. The bird also yawns and flies to sleep in its warm, cozy nest. The sound of the wind subsides, the stream stops babbling. There are no more waves on the river. She became quiet and calm. Along with the river, the forest also fell asleep. All his animals hid in their holes, because they, like birds and fish, need to gain fresh strength before the morning, and sleep gives this strength. Fish and animals love to dream. That's why they fall asleep before everyone else. When people fall asleep, they dream of something interesting and magical. In a dream, many secrets and mysteries are revealed. And the faster you fall asleep, the more interesting things you will see in your dreams. The cloud slowly lowers you into bed, wishes you good night and also falls asleep. The sun is sleeping too. It will wake up only in the morning and wake you up with its warm rays. Only the moon does not sleep. She tells fairy tales to everyone sleeping. When you fall asleep, the moon will tell you a story too. I will also go to sleep and dream, and tomorrow I will tell you what I dreamed. Sleep well, baby. Sweet dreams to you.
Meditative fairy tale
Today we are going back to a fairy tale. Imagine that you find yourself in a magical land. You lie in a magical clearing and see a high, clear blue sky above you, hear birds singing and trees talking, and a stream babbling. You feel the aroma of ripe strawberries or freshly baked bread nearby, which comes from the hut of the Sorceress who lives on the edge of the forest, reach out, pick and put a large aromatic berry in your mouth and feel the sweetness of ripe strawberries, while the silky young grass gently tickles our hands, feet, face. You feel light, warm and pleasant. You close your eyes and fall asleep. And you have wonderful dreams. Good night.
