“MULTI-VARIABLE PLAN FOR WINTER HOLIDAYS IN KINDERGARTEN Topic: “Be healthy, baby!”

Winter holidays in kindergarten

On cold New Year's days, preschool children also have the right to rest. At this time, the number of training sessions is reduced. Depending on the age group, only music, physical education and visual arts activities remain. In older groups, lessons continue on familiarization with nature, the surrounding reality and the development of speech.

During music classes, children prepare for the New Year's party - they learn songs, round dances, pair dances and poems. Before the favorite holiday of all children, gift cards are prepared for parents and kindergarten workers. This can be either a drawing of a forest beauty decorated with toys, or a voluminous applique on a winter theme.

While developing speech, children learn poems about winter, the teacher reads fairy tales about Father Frost and the Snow Maiden, about the adventures of a snowman or “12 months,” and they learn Christmas carols. During nature education classes, winter phenomena are repeated. Conversations are held about safety during periods of ice and the appearance of icicles on roof eaves. During classes to familiarize themselves with the world around them, the teacher tells children about the traditions of celebrating New Year and Christmas in the country, children look at the pictures and answer questions about their content.

Summer holidays

During the summer holidays, children spend most of the day outdoors. All activities and games are organized on the territory of each age group. Children, together with the teacher, care for the plants of the garden and garden, watch the growth of flowers and learn to distinguish trees by their leaves and fruits. Observations of nature and the surrounding reality are carried out daily.

Outdoor games and physical education activities alternate with walking to the facilities closest to the kindergarten. If this is a city institution, then the group with teachers goes to parks or squares once a week. If the institution is located in a rural area, then you can take a walk in the meadow or go to the river bank.

During the summer holidays, the kindergarten hosts sports activities and competitions. Much attention is paid to hardening with water and sun. Conversations are also held with students and their parents about safety while hiking in the forest, picking mushrooms or swimming in the sea and river.

Festive matinee

One of the brightest and most noteworthy events during the New Year holidays in kindergarten is a matinee at which the “real” Santa Claus is present. His role is played either by one of the dads, or a team of artists is invited. After the children’s performance, the long-awaited Grandfather Frost comes out with the usual red bag of gifts. He, along with his granddaughter Snegurochka, entertains the happy children, and the children, as a reward, tell him their favorite poems.

For this holiday, the kindergarten is transformed beyond recognition. All groups are decorated with New Year's tinsel, natural or artificial Christmas trees or pine trees are placed. Children prepare Christmas tree decorations - garlands, three-dimensional balls, cut out carved snowflakes from paper. All this fuss contributes to the development of creative abilities. Teachers especially try to decorate the music hall where the holiday is held, because parents and grandparents will come to visit. All relatives want to see their child perform in a carnival costume.
