Gifts for teachers and children
Discussion of gifts on the same day with general organizational issues did not fit (you understand). We agreed to meet again in a couple of days, and as a result, the most persistent parents came. But we managed to come up with several interesting gifts for children:
- Certificates for Detsky Mir or a stationery store. This way, each child will be able to buy what they like.
- Beautiful bright alarm clocks so as not to oversleep school.
- Change bags with an unusual print.
Our teachers were very good, so we wanted to please them, to show that we are grateful for their work. Here are three successful options, in our opinion:
- Certificates for a beauty salon or massage (after our children, only a relaxation massage will help).
- Comfortable soft chairs for group teachers.
- Original painted dishes (you can do it yourself. For example, draw a daisy on a plate, where each petal is from one of the children). It turns out to be an economical gift option, but with soul.
I offered to buy the teachers a good, expensive wine (for example, red or white dry - classic), but everyone looked at me like that... Well, I don’t know. When we left the private kindergarten and gave a bottle of wine to the teacher, we became favorite graduates.
Medals, diplomas and badges: memorable gifts
It has long been customary to give children special, memorable gifts when they graduate from kindergarten. Perhaps preschoolers themselves, and even their parents, evaluate the presentation of diplomas, homemade medals and badges as a tribute to tradition. But parents with experience can tell you how touching it is to sort through things associated with kindergarten and remember how a grown-up or already adult child was very small.
If you creatively approach the creation of memorable gifts and make them special, the presentation of such gifts can become one of the most memorable parts of the holiday. When choosing or making your own ribbons, badges, diplomas, try not to overdo it with their number - an excessive abundance of distinctive signs can reduce their significance in children's eyes.
Gift ideas for kindergarten memories:
- traditional graduation ribbons with a standard "Kindergarten Graduate" inscription or custom ribbons with custom inscriptions;
- ribbons can be replaced with badges with the inscription “Kindergarten graduate” - not so solemnly, but the badges do not hinder movement;
- medals that highlight the individuality of each child, for example, “The Most Artistic”, “The Most Athletic” and the like - even minor reasons are suitable to highlight the child (“The Most Polite”, “The Most Neat”, etc.);
- personalized diplomas of completion of kindergarten with parting words from teachers - made independently or made to order;
- a collage with photographs depicting interesting moments from the life of the group;
- keychain with a photo of the child and his friends from the group, or a photo with teachers;
- personalized rulers - a future first-grader will be pleased to have a little reminder about kindergarten in class.
Gifts for graduates who will forever preserve the memory of the serene period of early childhood:
- a graduate album with photographs of all the children in the group, teachers, and other kindergarten employees;
- photo album with the best shots of the holiday;
- graduation video;
- video cuts with recordings of events throughout the existence of the group;
- personalized cups, similar in shape to cups for sports achievements, made to order.
Photos and videos can be ordered from professionals if finances allow, or you can do it yourself if one of your moms or dads is good at the art of photo and video shooting.
Organization of graduation
Active mothers' imaginations ran wild: sometimes it seemed that they were competing to see who could come up with the most original idea. Here are three ideas that I liked the most:
1. Collage of photographs of a child at 1–2 years old and at 6–7 years old. We agreed to make pictures of the same size - 15x20 - and buy inexpensive frames for them, and hang them in the group on the special day (then take them home). We will also print out small questionnaires for them with questions: “What will I become, how tall will I be, how many children will I have” and others.
2. Video from photographs of children and excerpts from recordings from children's matinees. One of the dads volunteered to mount it. We agreed that the remaining parents would send suitable photos and videos. Then we will record this mini-film on flash drives and distribute it to the children.
3. Wrappers for chocolates , on which there will be a name, photo, wishes. The chocolates themselves, of course, come with them.

What can you give to kindergarten?
The graduating group usually gives a general gift for the kindergarten. It is better to ask the teacher or manager in advance what is best to give to the kindergarten, and choose an option based on the allocated budget.
Carpet for the playroom. This gift is always relevant. Children spend a lot of time in the playroom on the carpet, and it needs to be changed frequently so that children do not develop allergies from dust and crumbled carpet bases.
Toys. Ask your teachers what toys your kids need to play with, and buy play sets. These could be: toy dishes, a doctor's set, a cash register, plastic products in a basket, dolls with pacifiers and bottles, strollers.
A set of roller blinds or blinds. Many kindergartens prohibit hanging fabric curtains on windows. Blinds will protect children from bright sunlight.
Children's furniture. Cabinets, shelves, chairs, tables for children quickly break down. Before purchasing, check first what kind of furniture the kindergarten needs.
Vacuum cleaner. An indispensable assistant for nannies who carry out daily cleaning of the premises.
Playhouse. A plastic or wooden house on the playground will leave a good memory of the graduating group.
Air conditioner. Thanks to this gift, children will relax in a comfortable environment in the summer heat.
Also, as a gift, parents can equip a children's playground, plant trees, fir, spruce, and put benches in the recreation area. Any gift to a kindergarten should be discussed with the manager and teachers, so as not to buy something useless or prohibited in kindergartens.
