SENIOR GROUP No. 7.
Educators,
Forming in preschoolers the foundations of a healthy lifestyle and the need for daily physical activity is one of the most important tasks, which is reflected in all programs for the education and training of preschoolers.
Health Week is dedicated to physical education and health work, the introduction of health-saving technologies into the pedagogical process, and the formation in children of the ability to develop the need for a healthy lifestyle.
The weekly plan includes various types of activities on this topic.
Daily reception of children outside and leaving home:
- Independent play activities of children with peers; P/games; Children leaving for the group.
Morning exercises (conducted daily and 2 times a week with musical accompaniment).
During the day, articulation gymnastics, finger gymnastics, eye gymnastics, after-sleep gymnastics, and hardening procedures are performed.
