A fairy tale for older preschoolers on the topic: Healthy lifestyle

Fairy tale for children 5-7 years old “In the Kingdom of Mudlinda”
Author: Kitsan Angela Ilyinichna, teacher at State Budget Educational Institution Gymnasium No. 1551, Moscow Age group: senior preschool age. Goal: formation of cultural and hygienic skills in children of senior preschool age through the use of fiction. Objectives: - to consolidate ideas about the rules of personal hygiene;
— clarify and systematize children’s knowledge about the need for hygiene procedures; - educate children to be neat and tidy; - promote healthy lifestyle habits in children. In the kingdom of Mudlinda.

Morning has come. The rays of the spring sun warmed the earth. The puddles have dried up on the paths. The city looked bright and joyful in the bright rays. The sparrows and doves woke up a long time ago. They cleaned the feathers with their small beaks. The black yard cat licked its paw and washed its face. First-grader Petya Ivanov came out of the entrance of the house. Petya was a big dirty guy. And when a child has a dirty face and hands, and there are just deposits of dirt under his nails, it makes a repulsive impression. The prettiest child will seem ugly if he looks dirty. Petya never had friends. Nobody wanted to be friends with the dirty boy. The older brother never played with Petya and did not give him his toys. Even the white fluffy cat Vaska, seeing Petya, hid under the bed. Petya overslept and now walked to school leisurely. How I want to fly to another planet, where no one will ever force you to wash your hands, face and put away your toys, thought Petya. He was so lost in his daydreaming that he did not notice the unkempt, shaggy girl who called out to him. “Peter, would you like to go to a magical land where no one ever washes their hands,” asked the troubled girl. - Of course, but how do you know me? - Fairy Mudlinda sent me for you. In her kingdom live boys and girls who do not like cleanliness. We don’t wash our faces, we don’t wash our hands, we don’t comb our hair. -What are you doing there? -We play all day long. -What about school, do you study in your country? -There is no school in our country; we are prohibited from studying. “Yes?!” Petya became sad. Petya loved to study, but did not go to school. Petya's classmates teased him, and the teacher scolded him for unwashed hands. “I agree,” Petya decided. But how we get to the magical land is dirty. - Take my hand and say the magic words: Let the earth spin, We rush through the clouds, Magic and miracles are always waiting in this country. Before Petya had time to utter the last word, he found himself in an unfamiliar city. The wind blew wrappers, pieces of paper, candy wrappers, plastic cups and other colorful garbage along the dusty street. Unwashed children in dirty clothes wandered around the city. - Why is it so dirty here? – Petya was surprised. — In our country, no one cleans or washes their hands. Water is a big no-no for us. - How amazing! - Petya shouted and rushed to make new friends. But no one was having fun or playing around. There were a lot of toys scattered around, but they were dirty and broken. - Why are you so sad? Nobody forces you to wash your hands or go to school. You have candy, ice cream, movies and a lot of toys. What's wrong with you? - We're sick. - So let's go see a doctor, he will definitely help you. In Mudlinda's kingdom there is not a single doctor, and there is no water at all. But why do you need water? - All our diseases are from the dirt on our hands. Along with particles of earth and dust, microbes accumulate on our skin. I scratched my eye with a dirty hand - and lo and behold, the eye turned red, began to hurt and water. I picked my nose with a dirty finger and a red pimple grew on my nose. And if dirty hands get into your mouth or grab a dirty apple, trouble is inevitable. “But I don’t want to get sick,” Petya got scared. “When we got here, we played and had fun.” No one monitored the cleanliness of our hands and the food we ate. And we all got sick. We are punished for disobedience and laziness. We really want to return home, but this is impossible. - Let's ask the fairy Mudlinda to let us go. “You’ve recently arrived in our kingdom, and you don’t know that Mudlinda is not a good fairy, but an evil sorceress.” She will never let us go. - But what should we do? I want to go to mom and dad. I want to go home. I will always wash my hands. Petya began to cry and smeared the tears down his cheeks with his dirty hands. - Don't cry, Petya. Tears of sorrow will not help. We need to get rid of the scary germs on our hands. “But for this we need water, and there is none in the kingdom.” — In the forest, outside the city, there is a blue lake with clean, transparent water. We need to gather all the children and urgently go to him. Petya rushed to collect the kids. The children were tired of illness, and skipped to the lake. At first the children only washed their hands, but the water in the lake was pleasant and cool. And now Petya is splashing in the lake, diving headfirst, and after him the other children reach for the water. Everyone, young and old, splashes and washes off the dirt and germs. Children are having fun, playing with water. The forest is noisy with children's laughter. The sorceress Mudlinda got angry and rushed to the lake. He yells at the children and demands to get out of the water. But Petya was not at a loss, he took it and doused Grizlinda from the bucket. Mudlinda squealed, spun around like a top, and began to shrink in size. It shrank, shrank, and completely evaporated. And along with the evil sorceress, the kingdom melted. And at the same moment the children found themselves at home. Time has passed. Winter came. Fluffy snowflakes lie on the paths like a soft carpet. A noisy crowd of children rushes to school. Among them is our Petya. Now Petya Ivanov is the best student in the class. And all the children in the class are his friends. And now Petya tells all his friends how scary and harmful microbes are. And you guys remember: you must wash your hands in the morning, in the evening and during the day - before every meal, after sleep and before going to bed! Well, a couple more times just in case. It is also very important to wash your hands properly. First, you need to wet your hands in running water, then take scented soap and lather your hands until foam appears. Now let’s rub our hands, as if one palm is hugging the other. That's all, you can wash off the airy foam and dry your hands with a gentle towel. It won't take much time, but it will keep you healthy!

Books that will teach children to take care of their health

Mom and dad can tell their child as much as they want about how important it is to remember about health, eat right, go to the doctor and brush your teeth twice a day. But listening to notations is boring. Bright books with fun and understandable text, with beautiful illustrations in these matters can be much more convincing. That's exactly what we picked!

Lena Bakhman "Connie at the doctor"

Connie, the heroine of the beloved series, is a truly great friend: she cares about everything that readers care about. Before being examined by a doctor, she is just as worried and asks her mother the same questions as all children. Thanks to her, we learn why sometimes you need to go to the doctor (even just like that, when you feel great), how to check your ears, throat and eyes, what a test from a jar can tell you, and why the doctor knocks on your knee with a hammer. And of course, it’s not scary at all in the clinic.

"Alpina.Children"

Elena Uleva "Let's go to the dentist"

The little bunny is afraid to go to the dentist: oh-oh, what awaits him there? But there is nothing to do - it seems that some harmful microbes have settled in the teeth... It’s good when you come across a calm doctor, like Uncle Stork from the book. He will tell you everything, show you and cure you - your teeth are clean and healthy again! The book will be very helpful before the first trip to the dentist: it will calm the child (and mom and dad) by explaining why the doctor needs this loudly buzzing and drilling “vacuum cleaner” and what kind of “plasticine” they use to fill the holes. It will also teach you how to properly care for your teeth - there are handy picture diagrams at the end.

Clever

Heather Alexander "The Human Body"

The book answers 100 questions about how the human body works. There is no long dry text, but there are as many as 70 windows! It is enough to bend the valve - and you can look straight into the ear or nose, examine the heart, joints and even the brain up close: which area is responsible for what? After such a detailed and visual excursion, the child will remember exactly how the body is structured and how the organs work (and what is useful for them, but what is not at all).

"Exmodesis"

Mariona Tolosa Sistere "The Secret Life of Snot"

No child can resist such a name. And the book is also very interesting! It turns out that the mucus that sometimes actually flows from the nose is a very necessary and useful thing. Yes, this is a real superhero who looks out for and catches viruses and does not let them go further. Where does snot form and how does it get into the nose? Why are they different colors? What are they made of? How to blow your nose correctly? Do animals know how to clear their noses? The book will tell you many interesting and unexpected facts about the mysterious and very valuable mucus in the nose.

"Scooter"

Tai-Yun Yu "Let's Play Yoga"

To feel good, to be agile, flexible and strong, you need to move a lot. But you need to do this correctly: warm up well, stretch properly. And it’s also more pleasant and useful to exercise in a good mood. This book contains basic yoga asanas: depicting a formidable lion, a flexible cat, a cheerful frog, a light butterfly, a cunning snake is much more interesting than performing ordinary bends or squats. There is both sport and play here! After looking at the cute illustrations and listening to clear descriptions, the child will probably want to try it too. And you will join, agreed?

"Exmodesis"

Kristina Kretova, Dmitry Mokhov “Be healthy! How to become super strong, fast and win races"

Don't eat just candy! Did you remember to brush your teeth? Go to bed on time! When your smart (and boring) sister reminds you every day like this about the rules of a healthy lifestyle, you will probably never remember or follow them. Little Sasha was so bored listening to all this! What if we imagine these rules in the form of a fairy tale? As if you are not a boy, but... a racing car, into the gas tank of which sweet soda was poured along with healthy gasoline? I wonder how the competition between careless machines that didn’t really care about their mechanisms, that is, their organisms, will end.

"Peter"

Mariona Tolosa Sistere "The Secret Life of Viruses"

It turns out that there are countless viruses on our planet - there are even more of them than there are ants. And if you put everything together and weigh it, you get just an incredibly gigantic number - there are no suitable scales in nature. Of course, you won’t remember all of them by sight. But some of those that occur very often can be considered in this book: there is a whole catalog of viruses. How do they attack us, what does the immune system do in response? What viruses and when especially spoiled people’s lives? What's so special about coronavirus? Cool, bright illustrations will help you understand even quite complex information well.

"Scooter"

Fedor Katasonov “Where is the temperature going?”

From the first years of life, a child continually hears conversations around him about his own temperature: “Oh, it’s risen! Isn't it time to shoot down? Did you fall? Have you tried it on today? Is it normal now?” It is clear that parents are very concerned about this very temperature. What's so important about it? Where does it rise and why does it fall later? And what happens to the person? Why is it measured in degrees? And by the way, what is the best way to measure it? The author, a famous pediatrician, will talk about this in detail, and at the end of the book he will also suggest conducting an interesting experiment.

"Anything can happen"

Topic: enuresis.

In the fairy-tale Gardener there lived different vegetables: pot-bellied Tomatoes, flirty Carrots, clumsy Pumpkins, rosy-cheeked radishes and green-eyed Beans. And many, many more different cultures. They lived amicably and cheerfully. And they didn’t grieve at all, because in their Gardener it was warm, light and cozy. The residents of this small town loved to visit each other, frolic on the lawns. play with butterflies and swim. At the same time, they did not forget to grow and get stronger. But most of all, Ogorodnik loved the rain. And the rains here, I must say, were also fabulous: on Mondays there were only milk rains, on Thursdays and Saturdays - lemonade rains, on Tuesdays - tea mixed with coffee rains, on Wednesdays and Fridays it rained morsiki, and on Sundays there was a fine jelly rain: In the middle Kranik lived as a gardener in a beautiful little house; he monitored the supply of water to all the vegetables in the city. And he also collected liquid in a large tank. When it was filled to the brim, the faucet opened the valve and all the water was distributed to the right place and the right house. All the vegetables in Ogorodnik were pleased with the precise and well-coordinated work of the Crane. The main thing in Ogorodnik was the Manager, who lived in a high tower. He vigilantly followed everything that happened in the town: how the power plant worked. whether the streets and pavements are cleaned, whether it rains on time. He also checked the operation of the faucet: whether it opened the valve properly and released liquid from the tank to the right place. The Manager contacted all of Ogorodnik’s services by telephone, giving clear orders and instructions. And everything was fine, if one day, whether it was on Tuesday or Thursday, now no one will remember this for sure, a strong wind blew and the connection between the Manager and Kranik was disrupted: the phone malfunctioned, at night Kranik fell asleep so soundly that I didn’t hear the phone ringing, in a dream he released all the water from the tank directly into Ogorodnik. And in the morning there was a scandal! All the indignant residents of the town gathered around the Crane. The pot-bellied tomato muttered under his breath: “I just put on new pajamas today. Look how wonderful they are, striped.” And you. Faucet, soaked her! How am I going to sleep in it now, and Rosy-cheeked Radish squealed all over the street: “I just got a new hairstyle!” Look what's left of her! That's terrible! And the hardworking grandmother Cabbage silently hung out the wet bed to dry. Kranik was very ashamed. He apologized to everyone and thought about it all day. By nightfall the Manager called him. And he gave strict instructions to listen to the phone ring and monitor the valve so that the liquid was poured into the right place. But it all happened again! The next morning everyone again shamed and scolded the faucet. This made him feel very bad. From then on, Kranik became sad. And everyone else began to think about how to help him. The manager replaced the phone and strengthened the ringing, but Kranik still didn’t hear it. One day, a wise uncle zucchini came to the tap and asked: - Tap, when you wake up in the morning, what is the first thing that wakes you up9 - Probably the sun. — Kranik answered after thinking. “But there’s no sun at night, which means there’s no one to wake me up.” - Yes. but you can make an artificial sun! - answered Uncle Zucchini. - Like this? - Kranik was surprised. - you just need a light bulb to light up at night along with the bell - a little sun! - Hooray! Yes Yes! You need to do this today! Thank you, Uncle Zucchini! - the faucet shouted as he ran. On the same day, the manager gave instructions to hang a bright yellow light next to the telephone near the faucet. And the Manager installed a computer at his place, on the screen of which all the city services were visible. Night has come. The whole city quietly fell into sleep. Our faucet also fell asleep. Only the manager was awake. He kept a watchful eye on the computer screen. He watched the large tank at the tap fill up. And when the liquid reached the edges. The manager pressed the right button, and in an instant the telephone in the house near the faucet rang and a bright light came on. - come on, Faucet! And.., Faucet WOKE UP! Hooray! The satisfied faucet did everything clearly: he opened the valve and drained the liquid into the tank. After that he went to bed. And in the morning, all the city residents were pleasantly surprised - the city was dry! And immediately everyone felt happy: after all, they had been sleeping in rubber bags for a long time. This means you can put on your beautiful pajamas and nightgowns again. Everyone rushed to congratulate Kranik. And life got better.

Meditative stories for children before bed

This meditative story was invented without a plot as such, so that the child’s mental activity would rest, and only the imagination would work. To do this, turn on quiet, quiet music and it is better if the one who puts the child to bed lies down next to him and slowly, with pauses, begins to talk in a quiet voice. Let's dream up a little together. To do this you need to close your eyes. Closed? Now let’s imagine that we are not lying in bed, but on a white cloud. It is very soft, gentle and rocks us slightly. There are many stars in the sky. They sing to us their favorite melodies and illuminate the blue transparent river with their radiance. The fish splashed and played in it all day, but now they are tired and swim to rest. Their eyes close. They fall asleep right on the shells. A bird flies over the river. It will wake up only in the morning and wake you up with its warm rays. Only the moon does not sleep. She tells fairy tales to everyone sleeping. When you fall asleep, the moon will tell you a story too. I will also go to sleep and dream, and tomorrow I will tell you what I dreamed. Sleep well, baby. Sweet dreams to you.
