  • August 31, 2010

Competition “My Pedagogical Initiative”
The game is intended for children of senior preschool age.

The mathematical game “Smart Guys and Clever Girls”, with the help of game tests, will determine the level of development of elementary mathematical concepts in children and will be able to summarize all the work done on FEMP for children of senior preschool age. Find out how well children have developed their knowledge and skills in forming FEMP. Using the “Clever and Clever Girls” table, you can clearly monitor the general level of development of the children in the group and each individual.

How to play this game?

The child gets into the mathematical game “Clever Men and Wise Girls,” where he is offered test tasks. The presenter reads out the tasks, and the children, after listening carefully, begin to complete them on an individual card. Each verification task - test performed by the child is evaluated and marked by the jury in the table.

Intellectual game for birthdays - “Clever and smart girls.”

All words belong to the Presenter.

Dear guests, I dare to assure you that in the world you can count on one hand people with encyclopedic knowledge, smart, well-read, intellectually savvy. I think this statement does not require proof. And our birthday boy is one of these people. I invite three daredevils who are ready to compete with the birthday boy in our intellectual show “Smart Guys.”

We've changed the rules of this game a little. I will ask each participant questions in turn, and all you, clever people, will need is the correct answer. For each correct answer you receive one point. For clarity, once you receive a point, you take a step forward.

All questions number one are asked to the hero of the day.

Round 1. Math.

1. What is five five? (25.)

2. Square root of 2025? (45.)

3. 37 cubed... (50653.)

4. 57 squared... (3249.)

Based on the results of the first round, we see that our hero of the day is in the lead. But the game goes on.

Round 2. Philological.

1. Explain the spelling of zhi-shi. (With the letter i.)

2. Who suggested introducing the letter ё into the Russian language? (Princess E. R. Vorontsova-Dashkova.)

4. Year of birth of Leo Tolstoy. (1828.)

Well, my friends, the second round clearly proved that our hero of the occasion is strong in philology and linguistics.

Round 3. Geographical.

1. Name two rivers flowing through Russia. (Volga, Don, Yenisei, etc.)

2. Name the largest river in Kenya. (Tana.)

3. Name the largest city in the world by area. (Hulunbur in China.)

4. Name a river with an unusual flow direction. (The river that flows from south to north is the Nile. All other rivers flow in the opposite direction.)

Let me sum up our intellectual show. The birthday boy is ahead of his colleagues with a score...

Round 4. Out of the blue.

1. The great French commander and statesman who failed in Russia in the war of 1812 (Napoleon)

2. What is famous for the honorary citizen of Dubna, academician Vladimir Iosifovich Veksler? (Created a synchrophasotron.)

Dear guests, I think that there is no point in continuing the intellectual marathon. The leader of this game of encyclopedists is our hero of the occasion. To the accompaniment of solemn music, we present the “Big Clever” hat, confirming that he has a tenacious memory and encyclopedic knowledge.
