The 2014-2015 academic year has ended... What was it like for us? Of course, interesting, rich, but difficult. But it was significant for us in that we participated in the Pilot Project for the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard for Education.

It is always very difficult to master something new, and the introduction of the Standard - this innovation frightened us with its uncertainty.

But at the end of the year I can confidently say: we did it.

Let me remind you that the Standard includes requirements for:

the structure of the Program and its scope;

conditions for the implementation of the Program;

results of mastering the Program.

We created the program; it was written by the most competent and highly qualified teachers of our institution. It determines the content and organization of educational activities at the level of preschool education, and ensures the development of the personality of preschool children in various types of communication and activities, taking into account their age, individual psychological and physiological characteristics. This Program will help the child master the basic level of preschool education, which will allow him to be successful in further education, i.e. - At school.

Implementing the Program, the staff of our preschool educational institution has completed training. year tried to create new conditions for the development of children that would open up opportunities for their positive socialization, personal development, development of initiative and creative abilities based on cooperation with adults and peers. In our work, we emphasized an individual approach to the child and play. The fact that the role of play as a leading activity is increasing is certainly positive, because children began to take part with great interest in activities organized by the teacher.

The Standard's requirements for the conditions for implementation of the Program include requirements for personnel conditions for implementation. The qualifications of teaching and educational support workers of our preschool educational institution correspond to the qualification characteristics established in the Unified Qualification Directory. All of our teachers implementing the Program have the basic competencies necessary to create conditions for the development of children, outlined in clause 3.2.5 of this Standard. At the moment we have:

With higher education – 7

Secondary special – 21

Highest category – 4

First category – 17

4 – teachers have corresponding positions

1 teacher – without qualifications (but this is a newly hired teacher).

The Standard's requirements for the conditions for implementing the Program also include requirements for the developing subject-spatial environment. Over the past year, we have tried to transform the RPPS into preschool educational institutions and in groups.

Our task according to the Standard was to make the environment:

  • content-rich,
  • variable,
  • accessible,
  • safe.

We were less successful in terms of

  • transformability,
  • multifunctionality.

But this does not depend on us and over time we, of course, will acquire soft modules, screens, various multifunctional items that do not have a rigidly fixed method of use, as the Standard requires of us.

What else was new in our educational process?

We changed the nature of interaction between children and adults, and tried in a new way to create a system of relationships between a child and the world, other people, and himself.

Pedagogical diagnostics were carried out in a new way. Now diagnostics are carried out to assess the individual development of your children and only to plan further work with the child, correcting his development, by creating an individual route.

A psychological diagnosis is also carried out by a teacher-psychologist; it is carried out only with the consent of the parents (legal representatives). The results of psychological diagnostics can only be used to solve problems of psychological support and conduct qualified correction of children's development.

The Federal State Educational Standard for Educational Education focuses us on interaction with parents: parents must participate in the implementation of the Program, in creating conditions for the full and timely development of the child.

We have always had such interaction even without the Federal State Educational Standard... And thank you, parents, for being the most active, caring participants in the educational process, in all our projects and competitions. And to all those parents who are still outside observers, we suggest changing their passive position to an active one, because, first of all, your children need this...

In addition to all this, we had a very active, as always, public methodological and pedagogical life. Our preschool educational institution, teachers, and students took part in more than 20 Municipal and All-Russian competitions, and there were prizes in almost every competition. The most active educators, participants in competitions who care about the image of the preschool educational institution are:

On the basis of our preschool educational institution, we have repeatedly organized regional conferences, seminars, and meetings of the regional educational organization of preschool teachers.

This academic year we have done a lot of work to prepare the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory, which we reported on the preschool educational institution website. A variety of activities were carried out with the children in various activities.

For this significant date, we have expanded the mini-museum of the preschool educational institution by updating the exhibition “The Glow of the Patriotic War”.

Our children, under the guidance of musical directors Perevozchikova I.P. and Kozlova N.P. took part in regional events dedicated to “Older People’s Day”, “Mother’s Day”, and the regional festival of patriotic songs “Song in a Soldier’s Overcoat”.

We are ending the school year with dignity. Thank you, you also have a direct connection to this!!!

In conclusion, a little about the future... Next academic year we will not work under the “Kindergarten 2100” program, which we have been working on for more than 15 years. It will not be included in the list of programs that will be recommended to us.

Therefore, it is quite possible that the use of notebooks for which you donate money will be suspended (for now) (senior groups).
