Explanatory note Family clubs are created at the place of residence on the basis of secondary schools, institutions of additional education, cultural centers or libraries. Parents with children of different ages, both preschool and school, are invited to participate in the clubs. Club meetings are held, as a rule, once a week, on one of the weekends, somewhere from 14 to 17 hours. During meetings, children participate with their parents in various interesting forms of joint activity: they perform plays, organize concerts, outdoor games, hold various competitions and competitions, read books aloud, watch “cartoons” followed by discussion, have tea parties on birthdays, etc. .d.
Children, participating in the work of the club, learn to play and treat each other and adults in a free environment, not constrained by school discipline. They develop cheerfulness, wit, a desire for independence and creativity, their horizons expand, a correct and optimistic worldview is formed, and the skills of good manners and friendly, benevolent behavior are cultivated. Assistance in decorating premises for family club meetings is provided either from the budget of cultural institutions, or by raising funds from local additional education programs, subject to appropriate agreement between ministries and departments, and local governments. In some cases, if necessary, the parents themselves “reset” in order to successfully carry out this or that event. Experienced specialists - psychologists, family education teachers - can be invited to club meetings on a contract basis, or even “for free” (rarely does anyone refuse, even from the “greats of this world”). In the family club, not only children are brought up, but also the parents themselves acquire the skills and abilities of living in civil society, become active citizens, capable of taking responsibility not only for their home and their family, but also for children from other families, for the development of social -a useful learning and educational environment for all local children, including those from low-income and disadvantaged families. For the first time in the world, city family clubs were organized in Russia, starting in 1906, in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Grodno and Vilna. In Moscow, the club was led by the famous philanthropist Morozova. The club had more than twenty sections and clubs, a library, exhibitions and concerts, and additional classes. The work of the club has largely transformed the cultural life of the capital and influenced the emergence of many other initiatives (read about the Shatskikh colony “Vigorous Life” in Obninsk, the Makarenko colony, the undertakings of Sukhomlinsky, etc.). In Soviet times, family clubs were resumed in 1968 at the Scientific Center for Biological Research of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Pushchino, then in Moscow, Leningrad and many other cities. In total, about 400 family clubs with 1.5 million members operated successfully on the territory of the USSR for many years without a single penny of assistance from the state, which is reflected in numerous publications, films and television shows. In the early 90s, many family clubs disbanded because they could not withstand the general commercialization. However, now favorable conditions for their work have again developed. In addition, today they will, without a doubt, be in demand, since this organizational form of working with children and parents has proven itself in the best possible way. If you go to the Internet and search for information on the words “family + club”, you will get about 1,700 links in Russian alone. There is no need to talk about foreign languages: family clubs have become so organically woven into everyday life in all developed countries that it is already difficult to separate them from all other forms and manifestations of civil society. For example, the local Greek Orthodox Church in the city of Corpus Christi in the state of Texas, USA, is the most family club with all forms of educational and educational work with children and parents, with the celebration of all - including non-religious - holidays and amateur artistic activities. With concerts of classical, folk and jazz music. However, the same thing happened with all the other churches. What about the golf club? What about the archery club? What about a local drama studio, of which there are tens of thousands in the United States? – In fact, all of these are family clubs, where adults and children spend interesting and varied time, relax and educate each other in an artificial, but at the same time in the most natural, environment created by them. Yes, this is the main trend of modern social development in advanced countries: families unite into “balls” of families (in family clubs). From their unification in various types of synchronized activity comes, in many ways, civil society. A family club is the most effective and least financially intensive form of training and educating the younger generation and ensuring a happy family life for tens and hundreds of millions of people in the world. But this whole family-club movement began and developed in Russia. a form of training and education of the younger generation and ensuring a happy family life for tens and hundreds of millions of people in the world. But this whole family-club movement began and developed in Russia. Why do we Russians so easily forget about all our good things and remember only all the worst? In Russia now, this form - one hundred percent public and only zero percent state - is practically not known at all, only because we are accustomed to dancing from the “stove” in everything with the sad and hope-killing name “state.” Unfortunately, the topic “Family Club” is so huge and significant that within the framework of this short text we cannot dwell on it in sufficient detail and refer the reader to specialized literature. Information for the organizer: Contingent: Families in which parents have already realized the need to unite to create - in a generally hostile environment - a favorable artificial-natural environment for supporting the family itself, raising the younger generation and ensuring a happy old age for grandparents. Particularly active in the creation and operation of family clubs are single mothers and fathers, as well as single people and childless families. Street children. Goals and objectives: Creation of an artificial-natural environment that is optimal for organizing a happy family life, raising the younger generation and ensuring a happy old age. Creation and strengthening of civil society. Base of work: Houses of culture, educational and other cultural institutions. Sports, tourism, environmental, fitness and other clubs and public interest groups. Specifics of organization and management: A family club is essentially a public organization. The state - in all its forms - should not interfere, not harm, and only provide the necessary support where and when it is asked for it. A normally functioning family club is a completely self-financing organization. Justification of the main approaches to the selection of content: The family club is a wonderful example of complete self-organization. No one knows better than united parents and children what, where and when to do. Didactics: Firstly, excellent parental natural tact and instinct. Secondly, the enormous experience of the family-club movement accumulated in Russia, the USSR and the world with hundreds and thousands of publications in popular and scientific literature. - One of the problems in modern society is the destruction of the traditional foundations of the family, the traditional understanding of the family is being lost, which is connected not only by blood ties, but also by common events of family life and spiritual interests
- The tendency of many parents to withdraw themselves from addressing issues of child upbringing and personal development has intensified. This can happen due to employment, overload with everyday problems, loss of moral guidelines, and often the inability and unwillingness to work with children. As a result, children are deprived of active participation and support from loved ones. Emotional coldness in the family affects the psychological development of the child and, above all, the development of his creative abilities.
- There is a lack of information among parents regarding the upbringing and education of children.

The family is the first stable group in the life of every person, playing a dominant role in the process of personality formation: it is the first stage of socialization and self-awareness of the individual. It is the family that plays an important role not only in the development of society and the state, but also in the life of every person. It gives children and adults a sense of security, care and love. In the family, an understanding of the present, confidence in the future and respect for the past are formed.
Transformations in Russian society could not but affect the situation of the family: its composition and appearance, the content of needs, the social roles of mother and father, and relationships with children have changed. The period of socio-economic transformation in the country had a negative impact on the living standards of the family and gave rise to many negative phenomena: social orphanhood and fatherlessness are on the rise, the moral foundations of the family are declining, violence and child abuse are occurring. Today, more than ever, families need social, psychological, pedagogical, and legal assistance.
We all know that family well-being cannot be accurately measured using any universal indicators. Its individual components: living conditions, income level, health status of family members can be represented by average statistical indicators. However, in general, the well-being of a family is determined by the self-perception of its members -
the answer to the question: “Is it good for them in the family or bad?” And the child’s well-being is assessed according to the main criterion - whether he feels good in the family, whether he feels
whether he has love and understanding, whether he is surrounded by care, whether he has the conditions for full development.
Of course, every family has problems; they often accumulate and interfere with the smooth flow of life. Drunkenness of one of the family members, frequent quarrels with or without cause, lack of work and lack of money for basic needs.
needs - one thing or all together, poisons the existence of many of our fellow citizens and, above all, children. There may well come a time when, for these reasons, the question: “Is life good in the family?” it won't be possible to give
a positive response. And here, in the terminology of social work, a “problem family” arises.
Relevance of the program
In our institution, social services mainly consist of families with an unstable type of upbringing, with the inherent indifference of these families to the personal development, emotional world of children, their interests and needs, contradictory requirements, and the cruelty of punishments. Inadequate parenting is characterized by irresponsibility for the safety and health of the child.
The main problems of families, along with low income, are: increased conflict between family members, insufficient parental competence in matters of education, and the use of alcoholic beverages leading to immoral behavior. Often, parents do not control where and with whom their children spend their free time, and do not know how to organize family leisure time. This is the reason for the increase in child neglect, delinquency and other deviant manifestations in the behavior of children and adolescents, for whom home and family have ceased to be a source of joy and well-being. Seeing no way out of their life situations, children fall under the influence of the street and dubious companies. The family is not determined by their main life value and the accumulated negative life experience is passed on from generation to generation.
A family, closed in on its own problems, gradually loses influence on the child and rejects him. He lacks understanding and care, he feels superfluous, and spends more and more time outside the home. If, as the socio-economic situation worsens, the psychological climate in the family changes so that the child feels better on the street than at home, this is a dysfunctional family.
By a dysfunctional family, we tend to understand a family in which the structure is disrupted, the boundaries are blurred, the main family functions are devalued or ignored, there are obvious or hidden defects in upbringing, as a result of which the psychological climate in it is disturbed, and “difficult children” appear.
One of the most powerful dysfunctional factors that destroys not only the family, but also the mental balance of the child, is parental alcoholism. The life of children in such a family atmosphere becomes unbearable, turning them into social orphans with living parents. The lack of necessary life experience, a fragile psyche - all this leads to the fact that the disharmony reigning in the house, quarrels and scandals deeply traumatize the child's soul, and the consequences of this moral and mental trauma leave a deep imprint on the rest of their lives. A dysfunctional family is, first of all, a family in which the relationships between its members are disrupted: parents, parents and children; these are conflicting, immoral families that cannot be the center of education. There are families where parents are indifferent to their children, do not strive to understand them, build correct relationships, do not want to gain knowledge in pedagogy and psychology, and do not pay attention to their children. The state is concerned about this and is trying to find ways to solve problems affecting dysfunctional families, especially children living in such families.
Our institution has created a club program “Seven and Me” for the prevention and correction of family dysfunction; specialists work with families receiving social services at the institution.
Goal: Creating a set of joint classes for parents and children receiving social services at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Comprehensive Center for Social Services for the Population, providing a range of social services to parents and minors: social-
pedagogical, socio-psychological, socio-legal in order to support the family and prevent family troubles.
Tasks:
— to increase the level of preventive work with families receiving social services at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Integrated Center for Social Services for the Population;
— provide socio-pedagogical, socio-psychological and legal assistance and support to parents and minors who are in a socially dangerous situation and included in the “risk group” through a set of joint activities between parents and children;
— provide information and mediation assistance to families at risk;
— promote the formation of social and communication skills among family members;
— to develop the pedagogical competence of parents;
-overcome problems in parent-child relationships;
- to form in minors a conscious attitude towards the role of parents.
Principles for the implementation of the Program:
- The principle of legality provides for the implementation of laws and other regulatory legal acts corresponding to them in working with dysfunctional families.
- The principle of confidentiality presupposes the inadmissibility of disclosure of personal data, as well as other information protected by law, about families in a socially dangerous situation, without their consent.
- Focus on developing the positive potential of the family: treating a dysfunctional family as an equal, equal partner; reliance on parental responsibility.
- The principle of relevance and timeliness of providing assistance to a family in a socially dangerous situation.
Forms of work with families:
Joint group classes between parents and children, holding conversations, participating in events, conducting business and role-playing games, trainings, issuing leaflets for parents (legal representatives), participating in volunteer events, holding flash mobs.
Expected results:
- reviving the traditions of family education, promoting the formation of healthy lifestyle values;
- improving the microclimate in the family;
- training parents in skills of socially supportive and developmental behavior in the family and in their relationship with the child;
- reducing the influence of risk factors leading to neglect, crime, alcohol abuse, and minors leaving the family;
- increasing the level of psychological and pedagogical culture of parents.

Recommendations for parents. • Set the child in a positive mood. Instill in him that it is very cool that he has grown to the garden and become so big. • Do not leave him in the preschool group for the whole day right away, take him home as early as possible. Start visiting the preschool educational institution according to the algorithm proposed by experts. • Create a calm, conflict-free climate for him in the family. Spare his weakened nervous system. • Do not increase, but decrease the load on the nervous system. Stop going to public places and visiting for a while. Significantly reduce your television viewing. • Inform the doctor and caregivers about the baby’s personal characteristics as early as possible. • Do not bundle up your child, but dress him as necessary in accordance with the temperature in the group. Consult with the teachers, they will tell you how best to dress your child. • Create a routine for him on Sundays at home the same as in a child care facility. • Do not react to the child’s antics and do not punish him for his childish whims. • If a change in the child’s usual behavior is detected, contact a pediatrician or psychologist as soon as possible. • In case of severe neurotic reactions, leave the baby at home for several days and follow all the specialist’s instructions. Educator:
Dear Parents! Concluding my recommendations, I would like to draw your attention to a few points. Full adaptation of a child to kindergarten is possible no earlier than after 2-3 months. And during this entire period, care must be taken to ensure that the child does not feel too keenly the gap between his previous and present life. For example, try to dress him in familiar clothes for the first time, and give him his favorite toy to kindergarten. If a child is very bored, a photograph of his mother in the clothes closet or under the pillow of his crib can ease his condition; some small thing from his mother, for example, her scarf or handkerchief, can do the same.
Show as much interest as possible in his activities in kindergarten, listen carefully to his stories, save the drawings and applications that he brings; curiosity and the desire for action arise and develop (like the ability to speak or walk) with the benevolent and patient participation of adults, thanks to their constant encouragement. At first, a child may be very tired in kindergarten: new impressions, new friends, new activities, a large number of people. If a child comes home exhausted and nervous, this does not mean that his adaptation is difficult. It just takes time for the baby to get used to the new regime. Maintain relationships with your teacher and other parents. Be interested in who your baby is friends with, welcome and encourage friendship. Take part in your child’s life, rejoice in his successes and creativity.
