Innovative project “Use of health-saving technologies as a prerequisite for a healthy lifestyle”MBDOU "Kindergarten "Romashka"
1 word “Health-saving technologies” is a system of measures that includes the interrelation and interaction of all factors of the educational environment aimed at preserving the health of a child at all stages of his learning and development. The concept of preschool education provides for not only the preservation, but also the active formation of a healthy lifestyle and the health of pupils.
Health-saving technologies in preschool education are aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.
For a competent approach to solving health-saving problems, our MBDOU compiled a long-term project “The use of health-saving technologies as a prerequisite for a healthy lifestyle” , which became a tool for orienting and integrating the efforts of the entire team towards future desired results, but from the position of today, taking into account the future .
2 words Relevance of the project: Due to the deteriorating level of health of pupils, there is a need for an organization with an emphasis on solving the health-improving problems of physical education. No more than 14% of children are born physiologically mature. More than 50% of preschoolers have some kind of functional health disorder. 15-20% have chronic diseases that reduce the child’s potential for socialization
3 words Project goal: To provide a preschooler with the opportunity to maintain health, to develop in him the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for a healthy lifestyle, and to teach him to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life. Create conditions for preserving and improving the health of a preschool child.
4 words Project objectives:
- Preserving children's health, increasing physical activity and mental performance;
- Creating a positive emotional mood and relieving psycho-emotional stress;
- Provide conditions for maintaining and improving health;
- Develop the necessary knowledge for a healthy lifestyle;
- Teach how to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life.
5 words Essence of the project: Successful solution of the assigned tasks is possible only with the integrated use of all means of physical education (physical exercises, rational regimen, hardening).
6 words Basic principles of the project:
- scientific character (use of scientifically sound and proven programs, technologies and methods)

- consciousness (conscious understanding and attitude of children towards their health)
- unity of diagnosis and correction (correct interpretation of the results of medical, pedagogical, psychophysical diagnostics; planning of methods, methods and techniques for correction, development and recovery based on the data obtained)
- systematicity (subordination of the complex of medical and pedagogical influences to a clearly defined goal)
- purposefulness (subordination of the complex of medical and pedagogical influences to a clearly defined goal)
— optimality (reasonably balanced values of psychophysical load).
7 words The project is implemented through the following sections:
- strengthening the material and technical base of preschool educational institutions
- work with children
- work with teachers
- working with parents
8sl Strengthening the material and technical base:
- music room, in which for classes there is: a piano, a stereo system, a TV, a projector, several gymnastic benches, gymnastic walls, inclined boards, ribbed boards, stairs for stepping and developing balance, massage mats for the prevention of flat feet, rubber mats, massagers for stops, balls, hoops, sandbags, ropes, skittles and more.
On the territory of the kindergarten there is a sports ground for the physical development of children, for outdoor activities, it is equipped with the necessary equipment (sports complex, slides, liana).
In kindergarten there are various types of card files: outdoor games with the necessary hats and other attributes; for the development of basic types of movements, a card file of physical education minutes and finger games, etc.
In each age group there are sports corners where children exercise independently and under the supervision of teachers.
9 words Work with children is carried out by educators, assistant educators, a medical worker, a physical education instructor, a teacher-psychologist, a teacher-speech therapist, and a music director. It includes: diagnostics; good nutrition; hardening system; organization of motor activity; creating conditions for organizing health-improving regimes for children; creating ideas about a healthy lifestyle.

I want to be healthy!
Project on health-saving technologies in the senior group
Completed by: teacher
Sayfutdinova E.F.
Magnitogorsk, 2019
Relevance of the project and problem statement
In modern conditions, the social and pedagogical importance of
maintaining the child's health. Research in recent years states
deterioration of the health of the Russian population. Death rate increases, decreases
birth rate.
The level of human health depends on many factors: hereditary,
socio-economic, environmental, system activities
healthcare.
According to WHO, the ratio of conditions affecting health is as follows:
1. Conditions and lifestyle, nutrition - 50%
2. Genetics and heredity - 20%
3. External environment, natural conditions - 20%
4. Healthcare - 10%
Health is laid down in the human genome from the genes of the parents. To your health
also influence:
nutrition
environmental quality
training (sports, physical education, exercises)
From these WHO data, it is obvious that the primary role in maintaining,
The formation and strengthening of health still belongs to the person himself.
But still, modern man in most cases shifts
Doctors are responsible for their health. He is virtually indifferent
attitude towards yourself, the health of your body. Currently,
health promotion should become the need and responsibility of everyone
person.
Recently, the health of Russian residents, especially children, has deteriorated.
According to the Ministry of Health and Industry and the State Committee for Epidemiological Surveillance of Russia, only 14%
children are practically healthy, 50% have functional deviations, 35–
40% have chronic diseases. Number of children who are already in
primary grades are unable to complete the allotted time and
required volume to master the program, ranges from 20% to 30% of
total number of students.
The deterioration of children's health is due to many reasons:
heredity; unfavorable environmental conditions; volume growth
cognitive information and mental load; decreased motor
activity, etc.
As a result, children become overtired and their
functionality, which negatively affects not only
the health status of preschool children, but also on the prospects for their development.
Preserving and strengthening the health of the child is the leading objective of the concept
modernization of Russian education, including its first stage -
preschool
Teaching preschoolers to take care of their health -
the main task not only of preschool educational institutions, but also of modern education.
Using health-preserving project activities in working with preschool children
Using health-saving project activities in work with children helps children learn and learn to understand the importance of health for human life.
Key words: project activities, health-saving technologies, educational process, preschoolers
The natural desire of every person is to be healthy. The World Health Organization defines the term “health” as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. In order for life in the future to be filled with bright colors, and each new day to bring joy, it is necessary to perceive the surrounding reality positively and optimistically. But everyone knows that it is not that simple. This must be learned, or rather, the habit of a healthy lifestyle must be established at the stage of preschool childhood. And the health-saving technologies used in preschool educational institutions will help with this.
Health-saving technologies are one of the types of innovative technologies aimed at preserving, maintaining and improving the health of all participants in the educational process in preschool educational institutions. First of all, it is necessary to develop in preschoolers the ability to independently take care of their health, that is, to lay the foundations of valeology culture. And also organize the educational process in such a way that it does not negatively affect the health of children, teachers and parents.
The group systematically carries out a set of physical education and health activities that are aimed at strengthening the health of children and their physical development. We will definitely organize various types of gymnastics - breathing, eye, finger and articulation.
The Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education confronts preschool educational institutions with solving a completely different problem. Conducting classes on health-preserving activities is no longer enough. It is necessary to harmoniously combine all educational areas into a single integrative process of interaction between an adult and a preschooler for an absolute perception of the world around them. The result of such a process will be the child’s ideas about human health as a value. What will be a necessary prerequisite for active participation in the labor and social life of society, in all types of human activity.
The project method is considered to be a pedagogical technology of the 21st century, although it is not fundamentally new in pedagogical practice. At preschool age, a child is unable to find contradictions in his surroundings or identify a goal and a problem. Therefore, project activities in preschool educational institutions are in the nature of cooperation. Such joint activities involve not only children and teachers, but also the parents of the students, who can fully experience a sense of ownership and satisfaction from their successes and the successes of the child.
Now I would like to share the experience of implementing health conservation projects in our group. In the younger group, it was a long-term project “Strong Kids”. Work on the project was carried out in accordance with the set goal in compliance with the principles of implementation. Mandatory consideration of age characteristics, repeated repetition of learned norms and rules, many surprise moments. We tried to select the most effective means of improving the health of children of primary preschool age, using traditional and non-traditional methods of work.
We implemented a medium-term project with children from the middle group: “Country of Health.” Our goal was to develop the motor activity of children through elements of physical education to preserve and strengthen physical health. And for this it is necessary to enrich knowledge and skills on hygienic culture, about healthy and unhealthy food products, about the impact of hardening on the human body, etc. But first of all, children need to develop the ability to take responsibility for their health. And we really wanted there to be a consolidation of children and parents, parents and teachers in the process of active cooperation.
Let's consider the main stages of the project. At the initial stage, we identified the problem, decided on the goal and objectives, collected the necessary information, conducted a survey of parents, and selected the necessary materials and equipment. As part of the preparation of thematic materials, fiction on the topic of the project, various audio and video materials were selected. For example, the children really enjoyed watching cartoons about Smeshariki from the ABC of Health series. In each episode, your favorite characters tell children in an accessible way about the need to do exercises, what basic hygiene is, and that being healthy is great! In the poem “Doctor” Olesya Emelyanova gives the idea that taking the temperature and setting a thermometer does not hurt. And all children like the wonderful work “Doctor Vasya” by Mikhail Pridvorov. The tiger is sick and doesn’t want to play or eat. Everyone feels sorry for the unfortunate tiger cub who doesn’t want to play or eat because he has a cold and is sick. And only the bravest doctor Vasya is not afraid to enter the cage and help the patient.
Next came the stage of direct implementation of the project. According to the developed plan, planned events were carried out daily. For example, conversations: “My friend is a toothbrush”, “Cleanliness is the key to health”, “Doctors are different”, “Malasha porridge”, “Miracle vitamins”, “Dairy country”, etc.
The final product was a joint production with parents of non-traditional sports equipment from waste material. The physical development center was replenished with hand-made dumbbells, ring throwers, massage paths, walkers, cross-country skis, etc. At the final stage, the effectiveness was assessed and the results achieved were analyzed. It turned out that the incidence of children’s illnesses has decreased, parents’ interest in raising a healthy child has increased, and the health-preserving environment has been enriched, ensuring a comfortable stay for the child in a preschool educational institution. The implementation of this project demonstrated the relevance of regular work in this area.
A healthy lifestyle, based on sufficient physical activity, proper planning and adherence to a daily routine, and basic knowledge about the body, plays a great role in improving and maintaining health. And we must form this knowledge and concepts in children already at preschool age. We have indeed seen that the use of the project method contributes to the practical application of health knowledge.

2014
Project theme : “I will save my health - I will help myself!!!”
Project type : informational, long-term, developmental.
Project areas : health and physical education.
Relevance: Currently, there is a constant search for methods of improving the health of children. The main goal is to reduce morbidity. First of all, the child’s ability to master all the skills and abilities that are instilled in him at home, in kindergarten and that he needs for effective learning in the future depends on his state of health. To do this, it is necessary to develop in the child versatile knowledge and positive character traits, and improve physical development. Physical activity is an essential component of a preschooler’s lifestyle and behavior. It depends on the organization of his physical development, on the level of preparedness, on living conditions, individual characteristics and functional capabilities of the growing organism. Insufficiency of motor functions in children is manifested in all components of motor skills: in general, in fine movements of the hands and fingers, in facial and speech motor skills, which leads to poor coordination of movements in complex self-care activities, in labor processes; causes difficulties in mastering manual operations (writing, drawing, affects the expression of facial expressions and pantomimes, the formation of the expressive side of speech, correct and clear sound pronunciation).
Objective of the project:
- Increasing the child’s theoretical knowledge and practical skills in developing their own health;
- Formation of integrated connections between motor, intellectual, and communication abilities;
- Creating a health-preserving environment, reducing the incidence of diseases in winter and spring;
Achieving your goals is possible if you solve the following tasks:
- Introduce the child to the main factors influencing health;
- Create conditions for maintaining and strengthening health;
- To develop a child’s understanding of the need to take care of their health, take care of it, learn to be healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle;
- Instill a love of physical exercise and hardening;
Project principles
- the principle of diversified personality development
activation of mental activity, creation of conditions in which the child himself seeks a rational solution.
- the principle of humanization
Physical education and health activities are based on comfort, taking into account the desires and moods of the child.
- the principle of individuality
ensuring a healthy lifestyle for the child, taking into account his health, interest, selection of optimal physical activity.
- the principle of cyclicality and systematicity
gradual increase in load as physical fitness increases.
- health principle
ensuring a rational general motor regime, alternating motor and cognitive activity.
The project is being implemented in two directions:
- Joint activity: child and parents.
- Individual research activity of the child.
Forms of working with children:
— flexible daily routine and optimal organization of routine moments;
— morning gymnastics, gymnastics (story-based, with objects, from outdoor games, rhythmic, in the fresh air), self-massage, eye exercises;
— physical education classes at home and in the open air (games, story-based, thematic, complex, control and diagnostic, training with benefits and gifts);
— recreational running, barefoot walking;
- invigorating gymnastics (including corrective exercises for the prevention of flat feet, poor posture; breathing, articulation, visual, finger exercises, development of speech breathing, gymnastics for the development of auditory attention, exercises for tension and relaxation, play massage);
- hardening activities (barefoot walking, lightweight clothing, walking on massage mats, extensive hand washing, sunbathing);
— garlic and onion inhalation;
- massage;
- balanced diet;
— conversations: “I love vitamins - I want to be healthy”;
— examination of illustrations, photographs about sports;
- learning proverbs and sayings about health;
- reading fiction: K. Chukovsky “Moidodyr”, A. Barto “Greasy Girl”, S. Mikhalkov “Vaccination”, “About a girl who ate poorly”, “About mimosa”, “Pripp”, “I’m 36 again” ,5”, G. Oster “Petka-microbe”, etc.;
Expected results:
- the child’s awareness of the need to lead a healthy lifestyle;
- mastering self-healing skills;
- increasing responsibility for your health.
reducing morbidity, increasing physical activity and physical fitness;
- formation of basic ideas about the benefits of physical education, mastering cultural and hygienic skills.

FOODS FOR CONSIDERATION
Getting ready for recovery
It is no secret that in winter children get sick very often, which negatively affects the immune system, so we have to strengthen the child’s immunity. In the spring, it is advisable to begin strengthening it with the help of vitamin complexes, herbal preparations and fish oil capsules. The prescription of each of these drugs requires prior pediatric consultation, since there is a risk of exaggerating the dose, which can have a detrimental effect on children's health. As a rule, vitamins are prescribed to children after the first year of life, those who are often ill, after prolonged intoxication, antibiotic therapy, etc. Herbal infusions are also very effective in stimulating the immune system; immunomodulatory complexes based on medicinal plants such as echinacea are especially strong. Only long-term systematic use for two to three weeks guarantees a positive result.
Healing dream
Sleep has a beneficial effect on the body, giving rest, and with it, recovery at home. Scientists have proven that the physiological strengthening of the immune system during sleep occurs an order of magnitude faster than during wakefulness. Therefore, it is very important to follow the sleep schedule recommended for a child at a certain age. Babies up to four months of age sleep on average seven to eight hours during the day and seven to eight at night. Then until the age of eight months - a maximum of five during the day and approximately nine to ten at night. As the year progresses, the number of hours of daytime sleep decreases to four, and nighttime sleep increases to twelve. After two years, the child switches to one- or two-hour daytime and eleven-hour night sleep.
Products for improving the health of the child’s body
The spring menu must satisfy the baby’s increased needs for vitamins and nutrients, which will give the child an energy boost and improve health. Vegetable and fruit dishes must certainly be included in the diet, even in the form of canned food for children. In spring, the first fresh vegetables appear, which must be purchased only in specially equipped stores that have all the necessary certificates of conformity and quality. In addition, you can grow your own greens, which will give you a guarantee that this is an environmentally friendly product that will not only not harm your baby, but will also provide it with the necessary vitamins and microelements at home.
The ideal spring diet for a child includes:
Meat products
- 50 g per day or every other day, and the meat should be varied: beef, pork, poultry (chicken, turkey).
Fish dishes
- Fish dishes are included in the menu at least once a week. In your baby’s diet, it is better to use mainly sea fish, rich in very healthy omega acids.
Egg white and yolk
- These products are acceptable in a child’s diet up to four times a week.
In order to satisfy the child’s growing energy costs and, therefore, contribute to the health of the body, nutrition must be according to a regimen and balanced in portions (a child’s portion should not be equal to an adult’s portion).
Project result:
The project achieved its objectives. The child gained new and expanded existing knowledge, became interested in preserving his health, and improving physical fitness. The incidence of diseases in this winter-spring period has decreased compared to the previous season.
Conclusions:
- The child has developed practical knowledge and skills to develop a healthy lifestyle.
- The child demonstrates the ability to use outdoor games in independent activities.
- The incidence rate has decreased.
- Deep personal involvement in project activities gave impetus to creative self-development and increased the child’s interest in self-development.
- My literacy in matters of raising and promoting the health of a preschooler has increased.
- The joint emotional experience of our family members has been enriched.
- The activities of this project will continue.
