The child development program in kindergarten provides for physical, mental, moral, labor and aesthetic education, the development of preschoolers in accordance with their age and individual psychophysiological characteristics and preparing them for school. Solving the problems of comprehensive development of preschool children is possible only if there is unity of pedagogical requirements in the system of raising children, imposed by public education and the family. Unity in raising children ensures the development of correct behavior in children, accelerates the process of mastering skills, knowledge and abilities, and contributes to the growth of the authority of adult parents and educators in the eyes of the child. The basis of such unity is the pedagogical knowledge of parents, their awareness of the work of preschool institutions.
Conditions in his family play a huge role in shaping a child’s personality. First of all, this is the parents’ understanding of their responsibility for raising children, organizing the life and everyday life of the family, taking into account the needs of children, aesthetic and hygienic requirements, the positive example of parents - their behavior, speech, etc., the unity and consistency of the father’s requirements for children , mother and other family members, the authority of adults surrounding children, the desire of parents for pedagogical knowledge .
To turn routine work into an exciting, interesting partnership, from all the existing diversity, we chose the most effective forms of interaction with parents.
“Fun gatherings” is a form of work that perfectly unites the parent team, is a celebration of communication with parents, a search for answers to questions that life and their own child pose to parents. The main thing is that they must learn to listen and hear each other, themselves, their inner voice
The purpose of these meetings: in a non-traditional setting with the obligatory participation of specialists (the head of the educational institution, a teacher-methodologist, a practical psychologist, a senior nurse and a teacher) to discuss current problems of education with parents.
Based on the purpose of the entire institution, I would formulate our goals as follows:
* creating conditions for a favorable climate of interaction with parents;
* establishing trusting and partnership relationships with parents;
* family involvement in a single educational space.
To coordinate the work of the kindergarten and parents, we set ourselves the following tasks:
* activate and enrich the educational skills of parents;
* work closely with the families of our students.
Knowing how important the atmosphere of friendly relations between the teacher and parents is, we prepared the first “Fun Gatherings” very carefully, because the success of the meeting is largely ensured by its preparation.
Each meeting requires careful preparation; a unique script is written. Soft lighting, video and photo accompaniment, small workshops, and a friendly tone of narration contributed to the creation of a trusting atmosphere and helped parents talk openly about problems. Elements of the training, which parents enthusiastically carry out at the meeting, allow them to take a fresh look at the relationships in their family, at their own authority in the eyes of the child; contribute to the spiritual rapprochement of family members.
The usefulness of such meetings can hardly be overestimated: the desire of parents to reflect on various issues of raising their children, to analyze situations, their own actions in the family, and to actively express their opinions is activated.
Thanks to the use of non-traditional forms of work between teachers and parents in our preschool educational institution, warm informal relationships are formed that contribute to the formation of a parental position, attitudes towards independent problem solving, enhancing the psychological and pedagogical culture of parents, which contributes to changing views on raising a child in a family environment.
The main thing in our work with parents is not informative and monologue communication, but the desire for an equal dialogue with the families of pupils as partners and like-minded people.

Form of implementation: Folklore family gatherings “The Nativity of Christ” - a joint activity of the teacher, children of the compensatory group with mental retardation from 5 to 7 years old, and parents.
Relevance: Organizing family holidays is an important factor in the development of positive emotional contacts with parents. For children, a holiday is always a bright, unforgettable event, and for adults, it is an opportunity to return to the world of their childhood. During the holiday, problems of overcoming obstacles in communication between children and adults are solved, the ability to understand the emotional state of the child is developed, and experience is gained in holding family holidays with the support of teachers.
Taking into account the intellectual and cognitive capabilities of our children, after discussing with parents, we decided to hold gatherings together, in which the main characters will be children and their parents. Children will experience pride and joy from the fact that moms and dads are equal participants and sing, dance, tell fortunes, read poetry, and dance together with them. They will become bolder and more actively overcome their psychological barrier.

Result:
Joint participation in the holiday brought children and their parents into indescribable delight, as the participants of the event sang, played, and danced together. This form of acquiring knowledge about folk culture for children is visual, colorful, understandable and accessible. Children develop memory, hearing skills, and collective creativity. Children feel that they are doing something meaningful, a sense of pride in their creativity and respect for the art of their people is strengthened.
In the process of cooperation, parents of preschool children showed such qualities as musicality, responsibility, activity, and the children became more relaxed, artistic and sociable, and felt the support of not only teachers, but also parents. Parents and children have become closer to each other. During the preparation for the holiday, parents became more friendly in their group team, which made it possible to agree on closer cooperation: they celebrated farewell to the winter “Maslenitsa” , a general tea party “Kindergarten Birthday” , a competition for Mother’s Day “Come on, moms” !” , spring holiday “My dear mother!” .
It's no secret that parents are the dearest and closest people! They saw that the children were proud of them, they wanted to dance and sing songs together. Years will pass, children will forget the songs that were played during the holidays, but in their memory they will forever retain the warmth of communication, the joy of empathy with their parents.
As a result, all the work carried out within the framework of the event, built in a certain system of pedagogical conditions, ensures familiarization with the origins of folk culture through folk ritual holidays, which is the goal of this event.
