2. Physical education minutes
.
Teachers of each team show 2 options for physical education.
3. "Smart Guys"
— 2 situations have been prepared for each team. Each problem takes 3 minutes to solve. For a correct, accurate and complete answer, the team receives 5 points.
—The situation is like this:
The teacher invites the children, who have changed into sportswear, to line up and go to the gym for a physical education lesson. The children are ready to go to the gym, but a girl arrives late to the group. The teacher asks her to quickly change clothes. It turns out that the child does not have sportswear or shoes; she goes to the gym in ordinary clothes. One of the tasks in the lesson is crawling on a bench. Clinging to the edge of a bench, the girl accidentally tears her dress. The child sits on the bench, no longer studies, cries, which distracts the other children. The dress is torn, the lesson is interrupted. The child's mood is spoiled. In the evening, the parents announce to the teacher that the dress is expensive and they will demand compensation for it.
And now the questions:
Is the teacher to blame for damaging the dress?
Do parents have the right to demand compensation for a damaged dress?
What should be the way out of this situation?
Did other children suffer in this situation?
—Let's consider the second situation.
The teacher is going with the children to the gym for a physical education lesson. The children all changed into sports uniforms and lined up. There are a few minutes left before class. A mother comes in with her child. She has many questions that she wants answered immediately. The teacher tries to give answers to the questions posed, but the conversation does not work out, as the children begin to make noise and play around. The conversation didn’t work out, and time was running out. The teacher with the children enters the hall very late. The lesson begins. In the middle of class, the door opens and the mother pushes in another late child. He doesn’t want to go to class, he resists, and with his behavior he distracts the children and the teacher. While the teacher is trying to establish contact with the late child, the next group arrives in the hall. The lesson was cancelled. Children go to the group.

Report on the topic: “Searching for effective measures to improve the health of preschoolers”
Everyone needs health. Children's health is the future of our country. In modern conditions, there is a sharp deterioration in the health of children. Maintaining and improving health is a huge daily task, starting from birth. Having analyzed the health status of children coming to our kindergarten, I noted that most children appear with frequent colds. Our kindergarten is located in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant zone, the children who come have the second health group. Strengthening the health of children should be carried out through the joint efforts of the family and kindergarten. In this case, the leading role belongs to the preschool institution, where the child spends most of his active time. Consequently, strengthening the health of children in preschool institutions is the primary task of the teacher. What should you do to be healthy? Since ancient times, it has been noted that hardening helps improve health. Therefore, hardening activities should form the basis of the educational and health process, the purpose of which is to reduce the incidence of illness in children.
Hardening is one of the effective means of promoting health and preventing diseases. Everyone needs to strengthen their body. It is better to start hardening from an early age. The main natural hardening factors are air, sun and water. Sufficient exposure of the child to the fresh air; regular ventilation of the room; clothing that allows you to move freely without overheating - all these factors constantly and naturally have a hardening effect on the body. The work on hardening children includes:
- Compliance with sanitary and hygienic regime;
- Morning exercises in a ventilated room;
- Gymnastics in bed after a nap;
- Walking barefoot on a ribbed board;
- Washing with cool water;
- Walk in the fresh air;
- Outdoor games;
- Joint entertainment for parents and children;
- Optimal alternation of different types of activities.
Morning exercises. The main goal of morning exercises is to strengthen and improve the health of the child’s body. The movements that are given in morning exercises strengthen all psychological pressures: breathing, blood circulation, metabolism, and help develop correct posture.
In addition to its health-improving value, morning exercises also have educational value. With the help of morning exercises, children become accustomed to a routine.
Through daily exercises, children improve their basic movements: running, walking, jumping. Children acquire and consolidate the skills of placing in space - building in columns at a certain distance from each other using the eye, and not outstretched arms. Children are taught self-control, organization, and discipline. Morning exercises help develop attention in children. Without attention, it is impossible to achieve good quality of movement. Children develop memory, the ability to do exercises by demonstration, by word. Daily morning exercises organize children for further activities.
In order for the child to receive a charge of vivacity, good mood and feel comfortable after exercise, teachers make it as interesting as possible, using artistic expression and various objects (cubes, handkerchiefs, flags, balls, plumes). At the end of the exercise, an outdoor game is played.
Gymnastics in bed. After a day's sleep, teachers conduct hardening exercises in bed. Gymnastics begin with the awakened children, the rest join as they wake up. It includes elements such as stretching, alternately raising and lowering arms and legs, elements of finger exercises, eye exercises, and elements of breathing exercises. The main rule is to avoid sudden movements that can cause muscle strain, overexcitation and, as a result, dizziness. The duration of gymnastics in bed is 2 – 3 minutes. After the children wake up, they walk barefoot on a ribbed board. Children like these exercises.
Water procedures. Water procedures have a more intense hardening effect. Washing is the most accessible type of water hardening in everyday life. Young children are advised to wash not only their face, but also their arms up to the elbow every day.
Children love to play with water; Such activities improve their mood and evoke joyful emotions.
Walk. Outdoor games. Children's stay in the fresh air is of great importance for physical development. Walking is the first and most accessible means of hardening a child’s body. It helps to increase its endurance and resistance to adverse environmental influences, especially colds. In accordance with SanPiN, the daily duration of children's walks is at least 4 - 4.5 hours. Walks are organized 2 times a day: in the first half - before lunch and in the second half of the day - after a nap or before the children go home. When the air temperature is below -150C and the wind speed is more than 7 m/s. The duration of the walk is reduced. The walk is not carried out when the air temperature is below -150C and the wind speed is more than 15 m/s. For children under 4 years old, and for children 5 – 7 years old at temperatures below – 200C and wind speeds over 15 m/s. The walk is organized so that it is interesting for children. Children should not be allowed to get their hands and feet wet in winter. It is known that the hands and feet contain many thermoreceptors directly connected to the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, therefore, when cooled, a rapid manifestation of a reflex effect on the mucous membrane in the form of coughing, runny nose, sneezing, etc. is possible. The walk includes an active game with increased motor mode, in which cyclic exercises predominate (health-improving running, jumping, ball games). During the walk, 2-3 games are played.
Working with parents. In their work, teachers pay special attention to interaction with parents, as they believe that the family should also be at the center of the work to preserve and strengthen the health of children. Organization of work with parents on the problem of preserving and strengthening the health of children includes:
— holding parent meetings;
— consultations for parents;
— pedagogical conversations with parents (individual and group) on the problems of hardening.
Optimal alternation of different types of activities. When conducting classes, we use health-saving technologies aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children. During classes, children walk, stand, sit on a chair, on the floor, look for objects, and reach for them. The complex of physical minutes spent during classes is playful and creative in nature, including: elements of breathing exercises, exercises for the eyes, exercises for the back, neck, arms, legs. Physical education minutes are selected in accordance with the topic of the classes; they are not a separate part of the classes. There is no gym in the preschool educational institution; educational activities are carried out on the sports ground or in a group. For the physical development of children in the group there is sports equipment and equipment for physical activity: balls (rubber, stuffed); hoops of different sizes; toys that can be rolled; gymnastic ladder. All sports equipment and facilities are available to children.
The result of our work is the following indicators: a decrease in the number of days due to ARVI illness, a decrease in the number of days missed on average by one child due to illness.

The catastrophic state of children's health requires systematic work on health conservation and optimal use of the material, intellectual, and creative resources of a preschool institution.
If there is health, a person is happy, lives peacefully, works, studies, goes to kindergarten. Without health you cannot live, you cannot love, you cannot be beautiful, charming. The first steps towards health, the desire for a healthy lifestyle, towards self-knowledge, and the formation of a culture of health are taken in a preschool institution. The need for an integrated approach to organizing a health-preserving space in a preschool institution does not raise any doubts.
One of the primary tasks of a preschool institution is the organic combination of the educational process with the preservation and strengthening of children’s health. The means to solve this problem are various forms of organizing motor activity, hardening and health-improving activities.
In the content of the educational activities of preschool educational institutions, much attention is paid to the improvement of pupils’ health and the implementation of the following preventive and health-improving measures and procedures:
* determination of the optimal load on the child, taking into account age and individual characteristics,
* massage and self-massage;
* gymnastics for the eyes;
* breathing exercises;
* exercises to prevent scoliosis, flat feet, game exercises to relax the body - auto-training;
* sports holidays, including outdoor games, relay races, team games, competitions, obstacle courses;
* assessment of the emotional state of children with subsequent individual work with the child;
* integration of physical development with other subjects: mathematics, speech development, design, valeology, theatrical and play activities, sensory skills;
* creating an atmosphere of psychological comfort: responsiveness and attention to children;
* organization of a developmental environment taking into account the needs and interests of children;
* play therapy;
* working with parents to jointly care for the health of their children;
* proper organization of motor activity of children during a walk.
We try to organically connect all the elements of the complex with each other:
- Educational
- Medical and preventive
- Physical education, recreation and sports
- Psychological
From the above, the main directions for creating a health-saving space in kindergarten follow:
- Organization of sanitary and epidemiological regime and creation of hygienic living conditions for children.
- Physical education
- Organization of treatment and preventive work with children
- Ensuring the psychological safety of children during their stay in kindergarten
Model for introducing preschool children to a healthy lifestyle in preschool educational institutions
Every day of a child in kindergarten begins with morning exercises, if possible in the fresh air, which allows you to get a boost of energy and gives an incentive to work activity in class. In the morning period of time, children bear the heaviest load; classes take place at this time. Classes require children to endure prolonged stress associated with maintaining a certain posture and significant visual stress. In this regard, we include health-improving activities in the educational process: eye exercises, breathing exercises, physical exercises, which are necessary to relieve psycho-emotional stress.
Physical education classes vary in form and content depending on the objectives:
- Traditional
- Gaming in the form of outdoor games of low, medium and high intensity.
- Role-playing, giving more emotional impressions, for example: “Excursion to the spring forest.”
- Thematic lessons: “Autumn has come to visit us,” or with one subject, “Play ball with me.”
- Classes - training is the consolidation of exercises familiar to children, elements of sports games.
- Sports holidays, health days, the holiday “Dad, Mom and I are a sports family.”
We teach children not only the rules of behavior on the roads, but also gives an idea of a healthy lifestyle. This includes classes:
- "Talk about proper nutrition"
- “Formation of the habit of daily physical education performances”
- “Formation of ideas about what is useful and what is harmful to the body”
- Developing knowledge and skills to act in dangerous life situations.
It is extremely important and necessary to form in children of each age group a calm motivation to develop hygienic skills, abilities, and habits that lead to maintaining health and ensuring a healthy lifestyle. Such a problem can only be solved through the joint efforts of doctors, educators, specialists and parents.
After classes, it’s time for walks, a dynamic change in activity occurs. Therefore, our walks consist of outdoor and sports games, relay races and competitions; for this purpose, physical education equipment is provided at each site: stairs, snakes, running paths, ball rings, equipment for crawling, stepping over, climbing over, areas for outdoor games, play equipment .
Issues regarding the child’s health are resolved in close contact with the family. At the beginning of the health-improving period, a conversation is held with parents, which makes it possible to find out their attitude towards health-improving activities and draw up a plan for health-improving work, taking into account the parents’ requests. The kindergarten offers an extensive range of recreational activities:
- Compliance with temperature conditions according to SanPiNa.
- Proper organization of walks and their duration (the schedule of activities is compiled taking into account the duration of the walk for at least one and a half hours
- Compliance with seasonal clothing (individual work with parents)
- Lightweight clothing in kindergarten
- Gymnastics after sleep
- Hardening procedures (according to the age of the children)
- Salt tracks - younger age
- Washing hands up to the elbows with cool water – middle age
- Complex of contrast hardening procedures – older age
- Rinsing the mouth with medicinal infusions and cool water
- Walking barefoot on the playground in summer
- Self-massage
- Vitamin therapy
- Phytotherapy
- Massage as prescribed by a doctor
Prospect: continue medical and health work, dividing it into three stages:
Stage 1 – intensive prevention – preparing the child for the most unfavorable time of the season (vitamin therapy, herbal medicine, breathing exercises, hardening)
Stage 2 is restorative, in which a system of protective measures is used to prevent ARVI, sore throats - rinsing the throat and mouth with medicinal herbs and infusions.
Stage 3 – rehabilitation – herbal and vitamin therapy, gentle exercise regime, individual approach according to health group.
Expected Result:
- Creation of comprehensive monitoring of child health;
- Reducing the number of days of illness in children;
- Reducing the number of injuries;
- Providing conditions for the practical implementation of an individual approach to raising children;
- Advanced training for kindergarten staff.
