Thematic “Health Day” in kindergarten
Prepared by teacher: Olga Nikolaevna Anashkina, teacher of the highest category, Essentuki, Stavropol Territory Now in every kindergarten attention is paid to the healthy lifestyle of children. Physical education activities are held with children, physical education holidays, hikes around the territory of the kindergarten with a stop, outdoor games with sand, water, outdoor games, and relay races. And, of course, we hold not only a health day, but also a health week, involving parents and kindergarten specialists. I would like to offer you a small scenario for Health Day.
“Health Day”
Goal: to form ideas about a healthy lifestyle. Consolidate knowledge about KGN. Strengthen relationships between adults and children, attract parents to participate in the educational process. Develop speed, agility, attention. Morning: 9-15 – Morning run with obstacles around the kindergarten. Breakfast: “Vitamins and nutrition.” (all educators are responsible").
